Tunis
Day 1: Welcome in Tunis!
Upon your arrival at the Tunis International Airport, meet and greet by the driver guide is followed by the transfer directly to the hotel in Tunis, the capital of the country and its greatest metropolitan area. If you are tired from the journey, you can simply put your feet up in the hotel and take advantage of the available services. Otherwise, you can head out and start enjoying the wonders of this exotic city.

Day 2: Explore the beautiful Village Sidi Bou Said
Wake up to the tasty breakfast at the hotel. Today you start with the discovery of unique historical sites in the country.
Your first stop is the picturesque village Sidi Bou Said, known for its white walls and blue windows and doors, and a dazzling view of the Mediterranean Sea. The trip continues to Carthage, located on a magnificent coastline. Although the ancient city was destroyed by the Romans, it still nowadays features excavations of homes, baths, and sewage systems. After lunch, you will head towards downtown Tunis to visit the old city of Tunis. The day is wrapped up by visiting the ancient Medina of Tunis. The rest of the day at leisure.

Bulla Regia - Dougga - Kairouan
Day 3: Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Dougga
The third day of this roundtrip continues to yet another one of Tunisia’s rich archaeological sites, the site of Dougga, which contains the best-preserved Roman sites in the area. After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to learn about this site which contains a heritage of a variety of civilizations including the Roman, the Punic, and the Byzantine. Its most significant monuments are the Capitol and the Theatre. After a local lunch, you will continue to Bulla Regia a Berber, Punic, and Roman town. Its surviving ruins are noted for their Hadrianic-era semi-subterranean housing, protection from the fierce heat and effects of the sun. Many of the mosaic floors have been left in place; others may be seen at the Bardo Museum in Tunis. After the visit, you will continue to Kairouan.

Sufetula - Makther - Kairouan
Day 4: The Ruins of Sufetula
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for your next destination. The Roman ruins of Sufetula, contain the best-preserved Roman forum temples in Tunisia. It was the entry point of the Muslim conquest of North Africa. After lunch, you will head towards Makthar, a strategic fortress built by the Numidians in the 3rd century BC, chosen to control at that time the trade routes between Sbeitla, Kairouan, and El Kef. Once back at the hotel in Kairouan, spend the rest of the day at leisure.

El Jem - Sousse - Hammamet
Day 5: Visit the Great Mosque of Kairouan
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and together walk through the old Medina of Kairouan to the Great Mosque of Kairouan, located in the middle of the center. Afterward visit the Aghlabid pools, two large basins, and cisterns that persist for the centuries after they have served during decades of scarce drinking water resources. After lunch, the tour heads towards El Djem home of the Roman amphitheater of El Djem, the second largest Roman Amphitheatre, built in 18 century. The site was mainly used for spectator events, namely gladiator battles. The day will finish with a short walk in the leisure harbor of Port El Kantaoui, where you will have the opportunity to purchase some souvenirs or simply enjoy the scene while sipping some Tunisian coffee or fresh juice. Late afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel in Hammamet and the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Goodbye Tunisia!
Enjoy your last breakfast at the hotel and at the indicated time you will be transferred to the Tunis International Airport to take your flight for onward destinations.
