Detailed Itinerary

Punta Del Hidalgo
Day 1: Welcome to Tenerife
Welcome to Tenerife! Upon your arrival at the airport, your rental car will be waiting for you, for a scenic drive to your charming accommodation.
Activities today will depend on your arrival time; your local guide will be happy to recommend places for you to visit, arrange an activity, or simply point you in the direction of their favorite restaurants, for a taste of the local gastronomic culture.

Tegueste
Day 2: Hiking & sea swims in Tegueste
After a relaxed breakfast, meet your guide for your first guided activity in Tenerife: you'll be hiking through the region's mountains, enjoying the natural beauty of the island along with majestic panoramic views of the valley of Tegueste, El Teide, the Anaga Massif, and the northeast coast.
Along the way, you'll stop to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch made with local organic products. The trail winds its way down to the sea, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip. Arrive at the beach by mid-afternoon; the rest of the day will then be free for you to relax, sunbathe and explore.

Bejía
Day 3: Village visits & cultural experiences
Start the day with a tour through some of the region's most interesting historic villages: the traditional hamlets of Anaga, Bejía and El Batán. At the latter, you'll get to explore the area's unique heritage and find out how its washhouses' fascinating water system works via a series of cisterns, ponds, fountains, and irrigation ditches. The tour also includes a visit to a farm specialized in growing yams, so you can meet the locals and learn about their way of life and farming practices.

Anaga Biosphere Reserve
Day 4: Forest bathing in the Anaga Biosphere Reserve
Today you'll get to recharge your batteries with a sensory forest bathing experience, taking you along a circular walking route through the beautiful laurel forest of Anaga. The walk is suitable for all ages and abilities, and offers the chance to fully connect with nature. You'll be taught various techniques for tuning into your senses and really experiencing the natural world around you. Once you're done and step out of the forest, you'll no doubt be left feeling fully relaxed and restored.

Cruz Del Carmen - Tegueste
Day 5: Hiking from Cruz del Carmen to Tegueste
Today you will set off on a beautiful hiking route from Cruz del Carmen to Tegueste. The route begins in a dense forest, with unique species such as tile trees, vinatigos and laurels to discover, followed by non-native Monterey pines. For some years now, the pines have been gradually replaced with original tree species in order to recover the natural ecosystem of the region - native laurel forests like the ones that extend throughout the massif. The route ends in the historic coastal town of Tegueste.

South Tenerife
Day 6: Spot whales & dolphins in the south
The southwest of Tenerife is a Whale Heritage Site and one of the best places in the world to see whales and dolphins all year round. In these waters, more than 20 different species can be found, some residents, some migratory. The most likely species to see are the resident short-finned pilot whales along with bottlenose dolphins.
Each day here is different, but all tours offer a high chance of seeing both whales and dolphins. Pilot whales are usually spotted in the mornings while others are more unpredictable. Your guide will recommend a local restaurant for lunch, then you'll get to spend a relaxed afternoon enjoying the beach and nature.

Tenerife
Day 7: Farewell, Tenerife
After a relaxing breakfast at your hotel, check out and return to the airport in your rental car for your flight home. Have a safe trip and visit again soon!
