Barcelona
Day 1: Welcome to Barcelona
Your local host will be waiting for you at Barcelona's airport to take you to your hotel in the city center and explain the details of the trip you are about to start.
After leaving your bags at the hotel, you will enjoy a guided tour provided by a local guide, to visit the most special spots of the Gothic Quarter: it'll be a journey through time to discover the history, traditions, mysteries, and secrets of Barcelona in medieval times.
For dinner, you will enjoy typical local dishes served in a centenary restaurant.

Day 2: Green spaces of Barcelona
After breakfast, you will meet your local naturalist guide to discover Barcelona from another perspective, uncovering the urban nature and green spaces that have been shaping the city in modern times.
In the afternoon, you will have free time to visit the museums and landmarks that interest you most. Dinner tonight will be served at a traditional winery in Barcelona, the Bodega Saltó.

Day 3: Following in Gaudí's footsteps
After breakfast, you will have free time to visit some of Gaudí's most famous constructions, like the Sagrada Familia Cathedral or Park Güell, taking time to immerse yourself in these stunning architectural displays.
In the evening, you will enjoy a local dinner of organic produce in a special and unique space which is developing, through gastronomy, an inclusive project for migrants who arrived into the city and were given training opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Montserrat - Penedés - Barcelona
Day 4: Soak up incredible views
After breakfast, your private transfer will take you to an ecological cava-producing winery in the Penedés region. You will visit the vineyards and estate, learning about their special production process and enjoying their sparkling wines alongside local food for lunch.
In the afternoon, your driver will take you to the magical mountain of Montserrat. In addition to enjoying its impressive landscape, you could visit the monastery on your own, for a wonderful step back in time.
At sunset, return to Barcelona. Dinner is not included today but you will be given some recommendations to help satiate your palate.
Montgrí - Medes Islands - Pals
Day 5: Dive into Mediterranean heritage
After breakfast, you will depart to the beautiful Costa Brava. Take the day to explore Montgrí, the Medes Islands, and the Baix Ter Natural Park, where you'll enjoy kayaking in the Mediterranean Sea and hiking to find the bluest coves of the coast. During this unique experience, you will uncover the tapas verdes (wild herbs) of the Costa Brava.
In the afternoon, take time to visit the medieval village of Pals, visible from a distance because of the walls that protect its historical heritage. As you wander its streets, admire the ochre and golden hues reflecting in the sandstone. After some free time, settle down for dinner (not included) and spend the night in Pals.

Day 6: Learn all about sustainable fishing
After breakfast, you will pay a visit to a local fishermen project known as Proyecto Séoia. It promotes the sustainable production of cuttlefish and squid, and contributes to the recovery of marine biodiversity in these unique sea beds of the Mediterranean.
Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant that supports this project, then during a free afternoon, take time to soak up the natural beauty of your surroundings at your own pace.

Day 7: Time to say goodbye!
After breakfast, your private transfer will pick you up and drive you back to Barcelona's international airport, in time for your flight back home or to your next destination. Safe travels, and see you again soon!
