Ljubljana
Day 1: Welcome to Slovenia
Welcome to Slovenia! Upon arrival at Ljubljana's airport, your driver will take you directly to your hotel, the Antiq Palace.
After relaxing from your journey, take a stroll around the old town or climb the hill to visit Ljubljana Castle for first impressions on the city.
Get to know the symbol of the city, the Ljubljana Dragon. It is depicted on the top of the tower of Ljubljana Castle in the Ljubljana coat of arms and on the Ljubljanica-crossing Dragon Bridge (Zmajski most). It symbolizes power, courage, and greatness.
Finally, enjoy dinner there or at one of the great restaurants in the city center.

Bled - Bohinj - Ukanc
Day 2: Discover Lake Bled
Meet your private guide and your private driver in the morning for a day tour of the lovely venues of Bled and Bohinj, which are considered green pearls of the Slovenian countryside.
After visiting the beauties of Bled, continue toward Bohinj. Lunch is not included, but we suggest a degustation menu at Gostilnica Štrudl in Bohinjska Bistrica after the tour ends.
In the late afternoon, walk to the lake, go to Vogel by cable car, walk to Ukanc area before returning to Ljubljana.

Postojna
Day 3: Postojna cave adventure
This private half-day tour will take you to Postojna Cave. It's not only the most captivating cave in the world, but also the largest show cave in Europe.
While touring the 24-kilometer-long cave system, you'll get to feel the magic of the underground world and experience a one-of-a-kind ride on Postojna Cave's underground train.
The area is renowned for its exceptional archaeological finds, explorations of the karst underground, and rich natural and cultural heritage. Don’t miss your chance to see the olm, also known as the “human fish”.
Afterward, drive back to Ljubljana and enjoy an afternoon at your leisure.

Ljubljana - Trakošćan - Zagreb
Day 4: Journey to Croatia
In the morning, your private guide will take you on a private walking and driving tour to explore this comfortable city surrounded by beautiful nature. Spend the morning visiting the castle grounds, and Ljbljana's most important venues such as Prešern Square, Cathedral of St.Nicholas, National & University Library, Central Market, Slovenska Hiža and others.
Your driver will be waiting for you after the tour and you continue towards Croatia. On the way, make a stop at Trakošćan Castle and experience the past: walk through the forests of beautiful Croatian Zagorje where medieval and baroque castles have stood for centuries.
Finally, you arrive in Zagreb in the late afternoon.

Zagreb - Plitvice Lakes - Zadar
Day 5: Explore the Plitvice Lakes
In the morning, enjoy a private 2-hour walking tour of Zagreb. Depart for Croatia’s oldest and most famous national park to spend 3-3.5 hours with your private guide to explore this natural wonder.
This area has always attracted nature lovers with its exceptional natural beauty. Its water scenes, lakes, waterfalls and forests are unique and a must-see. You’ll be able to take in the beautiful surroundings and admire local nature and wildlife.
Late in the afternoon, arrive at the Dalmatian coast and the beautiful costal town of Zadar. Check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. Make sure you walk down to the world-famous Sea Organ installation and enjoy the view of the sea as you watch the sunset.

Zadar
Day 6: Zadar city tour
After breakfast, we suggest a 2-3 hours private walking tour of Zadar. Your guide will start your morning by telling you more about the exceptional 3000-year-old, rich cultural heritage of Zadar.
This is a city of monuments surrounded by walls. A city of archaeological treasures, medieval and Renaissance periods as well as many contemporary architectural achievements.
After the tour, enjoy a break for lunch in one of the many good restaurants. Your afternoon is free, so spend it as you wish - explore the area on your own, sunbathe or simply relax at the hotel.

Split - Diocletian Palace Split
Day 7: Explore historic Split
Today, it's time to continue your trip towards Split. Upon arrival, take a nice walk through the old town inside the Diocletian palace.
There's no single must see attraction here. It's really a question of taking the time to wander the narrow, tunnel-like streets where Roman, medieval and Renaissance buildings form a unique urban jungle. Split is a special city you shouldn't miss on your travels!

Split - Hvar
Day 8: The island of Hvar
Today, enjoy a free morning in Split. Go for a walk. enjoy the spirit of this urban Mediterranean city and have lunch in one of the lovely old town restaurants.
In the early afternoon, embark on a Catamaran for a 1-hour boat ride to Hvar, the most popular destination in the Adriatic.
Upon arrival, you will be driven to your hotel that lies secluded in one of the loveliest bays. Spend the rest of the day at leisure before dinner.

Pakleni Islands
Day 9: Enjoy island life
Today is a day of leisure and relaxation. Spend your day right across Hvar town on the Pakleni Islands where you can enjoy the lovely beaches. Sunbathe, swim, snorkel, and indulge in a seaside lunch.
Pakleni Islands are the prettiest part of Hvar, if not the whole Croatian Riviera. With their playful chain of 21 woody isles dipped in a clear azure waters, a few resorts and swimming areas, and a number of little, hidden away beaches, stone terraces facing the sun, and beautiful deserted lagoons, these islands are paradise on earth.
Return to your hotel for a late afternoon at leisure and dnner in the evening.

Hvar - Jelsa - Starigrad
Day 10: Wine tasting on Hvar
Today, get ready for a history and wine tasting tour in one. You will get aquatinted with the taste of some of Hvar’s most famous wines at two of the most popular wine cellars in the town of Jelsa. Enjoy at least 3-5 different wines and taste domestic products such as ham, cheese, olives, and different olive oils.
Plavac Mali is the predominant sort, ensuring fame for the whole island. Enjoy some wine tasting and a seafront lunch on one of the most beautiful spots on the south of the Island.
On your way, you will also have a chance to get to know the rich and famous history of the beautiful small towns of Jelsa, Vrboska, Starigrad as well as Hvar town. An expert guide and passionate story teller will escort you on your day trip.
Finally, return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Korčula
Day 11: Off to Korčula
Take a walk to the port of Hvar and embark on the public catamaran for Korčula island, your next goal before Dubrovnik, your final destination. Meet your driver for your hotel transfer to Lešić Dimitri Palace.
The island of Korčula is the birthplace of famous explorer and adventurer Marco Polo. Surrounded by medieval walls, Korcula resembles a miniature Dubrovnik when approaching from the sea. It has more legends, tales and monuments than you will find anywhere elsse.
In the evening, we can arrange dinner with Moreška dance performance upon request.

Day 12: Stunning beaches
We recommend spending the day on the beach, if the weather permits. The most beautiful beaches on Korčula are in Lumbarda. It is located in the extreme part of the island to the south, surrounded by vineyards, many coves and beautiful beaches.
If you prefer more privacy, there are a lot of hidden and secluded swimming spots in small bays that are worth visiting for the day.
Today, Korčula is the only place in the world where the Spanish medieval Knight’s game, Moreška, is still performed. If you wish, you can enjoy a Moreška show with dinner tonight.

Dubrovnik - Elaphite Islands
Day 12: Sailing around the Elaphite Islands
Today, experience a luxury sailing trip on a private motor yacht to the Elaphiti Islands. Depending on the weather, you will either embark on the yacht right in front of your hotel or your driver will take you to the port to begin your adventure. Simply enjoy the Elaphiti Islands' outstanding beauty and historical sites.
Upon your return, use the rest of the day for leisure or make use of your Dubrovnik card and visit the Dubrovnik city walls.

Dubrovnik
Day 13: Discover Dubrovnik
Check out of your hotel and depart for Dubrovnik by public catamaran. Upon arrival in the port of Dubrovnik at noon, your private transfer will bring you to your hotel situated in the old town.
"Those who seek paradise on Earth must come to Dubrovnik”, wrote George Bernard Shaw, who was overwhelmed by the city's beauty. Take the time to enjoy this magnificent pearl of the Adriatic.
In the afternoon, meet your private guide to explore the stunning architecture and history of this world famous city. Witness Dubrovnik's rich history and discover its magnificent buildings, palaces and treasures.
For dinner, we can suggest restaurants with a truly one-of-a-kind view of the Adriatic and the fortresses of Lovrijenac and Bokar.

Dubrovnik - Konavle
Day 15: Trip to the village of Konavle
Today is a great day to enjoy more of Dubrovnik and surrounding villages. Your driver will take you on a ride to Srđ mountain for an unforgettable panoramic view.
Afterward, visit the small, historical town of Cavtat to take a walk and drink a cup of coffee before your traditional lunch in the village of Konavle.
Enjoy the beautiful countryside with its picturesque villages, see the production of lace and meet some of the local cheese, wine and olive oil producers. At the local wine producer's, enjoy a wine and brandy degustation and taste typical local cuisine in the village of Konavle.
Finally, it's time to leave Croatia to catch your flight home. Your driver will take you to the airport in time for your departure. It may be the end of your adventure, but you take home lasting memories of your unique trip around Slovenia and Croatia.
