Detailed Itinerary

Tashkent
Day 1: Welcome to Tashkent!
Arrival at the International Airport of Tashkent. The driver will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel (check-in at/after 14:00). You can leave your luggage in the hotel.
In the morning at 09:00 you will meet your guide and start the sightseeing tour in Tashkent. You will visit the Architectural complex of Khast-Imam, charming Kukaldash Madrasa, one of the biggest Bazaars of Uzbekistan, Chorsu, and the Museum of Applied Art of Tashkent.
After lunch, you will explore beautiful and unusual underground stations of Tashkent Metro, Amir Temur Square and Independence Square.

Tashkent - Urgench - Khiva
Day 2: Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site Khiva
Early breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning at 07:30, you will meet your driver at the hotel and transfer to the airport and take a domestic flight to Urgench. Upon arrival at the airport of Urgench, the driver will meet you and transfer you to Khiva. Time to explore the marvelous city, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your sightseeing tour includes visits to all monuments and sites of Ichan Kala: Juma Mosque, Kunya Ark fortress, Kalta Minor minaret, the Madrasa of Muhammad Amin Khan, and the Tash-Kauli Palace. After lunch continue to explore other exceptional monuments of Ichan Kala: The Mausoleum of Pahlavan Mahmud, the Mausoleum of Sayid Alauddin, the Madrasa of Islam-Khodja.

Khiva - Bukhara
Day 3: The Red Sands of the Kizil Kum Desert
Early in the morning you will meet your driver at the hotel and transfer to Bukhara direction bypassing the red sands of the Kizil-Kum desert (~7- 8h road trip). On the way, there will be a rest stop to explore the Amu-Darya river, which seems like a blue serpent in the desert. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon going on the road doing another rest stop near Gazli. Upon arrival in Bukhara transfer to the hotel and check in at 14:00.

Day 4: Sightseeing Tour in Bukhara
During the full-day sightseeing tour, you will visit: the architectural complex Poi-Kalyan, the madrasa of Ulug Beg and Abdulaziz Khan, Tim Abdullah Khan – a covered bazaar built in 1577, Magok-i Attari Mosque.
After lunch continues to explore other marvelous monuments, such as the architectural ensemble Laybi-Hauz, Ark-Citadel –a residence of Bukhara khans, a massive fortress, built and occupied around the 5th century AD, Bolo-Hauz Mosque, built in the 17th century, the mausoleum of Ismail Samani, which is one of the most ancient monuments in the city and the mausoleum Chashma Ayub.

Bukhara - Samarkand
Day 5: Roadtrip and Cooking Class
In the morning at 07:30 you will meet your driver at the hotel and transfer to Samarkand (4 h road trip).
On the way make a rest stop and visit ancient Caravan Sarai Rabat-a Malik. Upon arrival in Samarkand transfer to the hotel and leave the luggage (check-in at 14:00). For the evening, you will be a guest of the local Uzbek family and the cooking class of Manty will take place!

Day 6: Explore Smarkand
In the morning meet your guide at the hotel and start your sightseeing tour to The Registan Square, the ensemble of three madrasas, the Gur-Amir Mausoleum –the family crypt of the great dynasty of Tamerlane, and Bibi Khanum Mosque. After lunchtime, you will visit the Shakhi-Zinda Ensemble, which includes more than 20 historical buildings, built from early XI to XIV cc.

Samarkand - Penjikent - Haft Kul
Day 7: Sightseeing Tour to Sarazm and the Seven Lakes
Early in the morning transfer to Uzbek -Tajik borders in Jarteppa (40 km from Samarkand).
Meeting with guide and driver in Tajikistan side and transfer to the ancient town of Sarazm (5,500 years old) for sightseeing tour. The settlement was intensively inhabited for more than a thousand years and reached its greatest dawn during the Late Eneolithic and Early Bronze Age.
Transfer to the city of Penjikent. Lunch at a local restaurant on the bank of the Zeravshan River. After lunch tour of the ancient Penjikent and a visit to Rudaki Museum. After, transfer to Marguzor or Seven Lakes. Dinner and overnight in the cottages of the tour base on the shore of Lake 6.

Haft Kul
Day 8: Seven Lakes
Hiking to the 7th Lake named Hazorchashma.
In the Fann Mountains, there are up to 30 lakes with cold clear water born on the snowfields of the highlands. And among them, the Marguzor Lakes, or as they are sometimes called the seven beauties of Shinga, stand out.
This is a string of seven turquoise lakes cascading down the wide valley of the Shing River. The lowest one is located at an altitude of 1,598 meters above sea level, the second at 1,701 meters, and so on. And each lake is higher than the other, more beautiful, and harder to reach. The last one Hazorchashma is at an altitude of more than 2,400 m. The locals say that whoever reaches it will find happiness.

Haft Kul - Samarkand
Day 9: Hiking around the Lakes
After breakfast hiking from Lake 6 to Lake 1. On the way, you will meet local people from the Marguzor village. After lunch at a local chaykhana (teahouse) transfer to Jarteppa border post to return to Samarkand city. On the Uzbek side, you will meet your driver and transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival check in and time to have a rest.

Day 10: Sightseeing in Smarkand
Meet your guide at the hotel and continu
Ine your sightseeing tour. You will visit the first observatory in Central Asia, built by Mirzo Ulugbek in XV c., St. Daniel Memorial complex, and Afrasiab Museum. After the lunch break, you will visit another interesting place, Samarkand paper mill, located in Koniguil village. At 17:00 driver will transfer to the railway station and you will take a fast speed train to Tashkent. Upon arrival in Tashkent, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11: Goodbye Uzbekistan!
In the morning (2-3 h before flight departure time) will meet your driver at the hotel and transfer to International Airport. We will wish you to have a safe flight and always remember your trip to Uzbekistan!
