Trabzon
Day 1: Welcome to Turkey!
Arrive into Trabzon airport where you will be greeted by your driver and taken to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure exploring the hotel and surrounding area.
Uzungol - Surmene Knife Rayon - Kiremitli Bridge
Day 2: Day trip to Uzungol
Today's first stop is Surmene Knife Rayon. Here you will learn all about Surmene Knives, Turkey's famous handmade knives.
Following this you will visit a tea factory where you will discover the process from field to factory and taste delicious teas.
Next stop is the historic Kiremitli Bridge and waterfalls, a great stop for some photography! You will then continue on to Uzungol, where you will have free time to have lunch and explore the beautiful area.
You will finish your day back in Trabzon.

Day 3: Time to explore Trabzon
Today you will discover the beauty of Trabzon and the surrounding area.
Begin with a city tour which includes a visit to the Hagia Sophia Museum which is home to many fascinating artifacts from the Black Sea region. You will also visit heritage sites, such as Ataturk’s Villa which was a favored spot for the founder of modern Turkey when he visited the region.
Next we will take you to Boztepe Hill. Here we will exploe the hilltop park offering stunning views over the city and on to the Black Sea.
Finally, we will visit Sera Lake for more wonderful views!
Ayder Plateu - Rize Cloth Workplace - Historical Stone Bridge
Day 4: Ayder Plateu tour
Visit the Botanical Tea Garden in Rize and taste local tea then head to Rize Cloth Workplace where you will discover regional loom weaving.
You will then continue on to Firtina Valley which is a great spot for some photo opportunities. Stop off at the historical Stone Bridge before arriving at the breath-taking Ayder Plateau.

Today is a day at leisure for you to explore the beautiful Trabzon at your own pace!
