Discover one of the world's greatest natural wonders and Canada's leading wine-growing region.

Today, immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Toronto with a full day to explore its diverse streets and attractions.

Consider starting your day by ascending the iconic CN Tower, an emblem of the city's skyline, for breathtaking views of Toronto and its surroundings. Afterward, wander through the eclectic Kensington Market, where you'll find an array of small craft shops showcasing goods from around the globe in a laid-back atmosphere. Alternatively, experience the bustling energy of Dundas Square, often likened to New York's Times Square, adorned with towering screens and bustling with activity.

Hop aboard a two-day, one-night scenic train to make the journey to Winnipeg. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and discover Canada's vastness from east to west as only the train can show you.

With a variety of cars, you'll enjoy delicious food, the most incredible views, and spend the night sleeping as you watch the world go by.

Today you have the whole day to explore iconic landmarks like The Forks, a historic meeting place turned bustling market and entertainment district, or delve into the city's past at the Manitoba Museum. With its friendly locals, captivating festivals, and year-round outdoor adventures, Winnipeg offers a warm and inviting destination for travelers seeking authentic Canadian experiences.

Day 7: Journey to Churchill

Start the day early, and grab a hearty breakfast before you take a flight to Churchill, the polar bear capital of Canada!

This unique northern town is situated on the shores of Hudson Bay, on the Arctic Ocean, and lies on the migration route of polar bears and beluga whales. Around 850 polar bears live in the area around the town - that's almost one bear for every inhabitant! On the way to your hotel, your guide will give you a few safety tips for your stay.

Grab dinner in the town center of Churchill before heading to your accommodation.

Day 8: Head into the tundra

Today you'll set off in a buggy through the wilderness to meet the polar bears that live in the region, observing the polar bears in their natural environment. October and November are the best months as this is the period when the ice begins to form, allowing them to move northwards and resume their hunting season.

Day 9: Dog sledding & culture

This morning, you'll have the unique opportunity to meet one of Churchill's esteemed mushers, hailing from the First Nations. Delve into the fascinating history of the human-dog relationship as it pertains to his ancestors, gaining insight into its profound significance. Engage your guide in discussions about the intriguing dynamics between bears and dogs, uncovering surprising connections. Then, embark on an exhilarating sleigh ride to venture into the picturesque surroundings, immersing yourself in the wintery landscape of Churchill.

Later, enjoy an afternoon of culture by visiting the museum in Churchill's town center.

Your last day in Churchill will once again be devoted to immersing yourself in the tundra and the polar bears that live there. Ask your naturalist guide any final questions you have!
