Day 2: See the Splendor of Angkor
Go on an early morning tuk-tuk ride to Angkor Wat temple at sunrise and then return to the hotel for breakfast.
Later, travel by car to the South Gate of Angkor Thom to explore the mysterious Royal City. Here, you'll see the exquisite Bayon temple which reveals several stunning faces on stone with a serene look staring out from a primitive time. Then visit Baphoun, Elephant Terraces, Leper King Terrace and Royal Enclosure area.
Proceed to the fascinating Ta Prohm that almost disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown with huge tree roots between the stones giving it a haunting and mysterious look. In the late afternoon, we will visit the intricately carved Khmer ruins at Angkor Wat.
Later, enjoy dinner with an Apsara dance show at a restaurant. You can also visit the Night Market and Pub Street or enjoy a massage if you wish to.

Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Take
Day 3: Visit a Floating Village
Today, you will travel to the floating village on the great Tonle Sap Lake.
You will see beautiful rice paddies and the daily life of the local people before arriving at the boat dock. The boat will take us to the fabulous floating village for a unique kayaking experience.
On arrival, you will be amazed as you kayak gently through this floating village where you will be welcomed by warm smiles of the humble Cambodian people who live on the lake. Or you can also cruise along and kayak gently out into the lake to see the scenery and rare birds.
Our professionally trained guide will be able to explain the local customs on how the people live, work, and trade before stopping at a great spot for a stunning sunset.

Siem Reap
Day 4: Cooking Class with Khmer Chef
After breakfast, you will have a cooking class where you will learn how to make good Khmer food and taste all of them. You can also get an insight into life in the rural areas today.
Travel away from the city to a typical rural village and experience a day in the lives of these people. Interact and experience the activities of traditional Cambodian rural farming: we have seasonal activities available - from planting though to harvesting - and our highly regarded cooking classes.

Siem Reap - Luang Prabang
Day 5: Travel to Luang Prabang in Laos
Your tour will now take you to Laos. For this, you will board a flight to Luang Prabang.
The town of Luang Prabang is a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1995! It is a combination of world-class comfort and spiritual nourishment.
Upon arrival at Luang Prabang, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your own pace and leisure!

Luang Prabang - Khuang Si Water Fall
Day 6: Discover Beautiful Temples and Waterfalls
Today, you have the option to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of alms from the faithful.
After breakfast, we will enjoy a short, guided tour - see the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground. Visit the Royal Palace Museum, and the Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos’ many ethnic cultures.
If you wish to, you can also go to the beautiful Kuang Si waterfall. Splash around in the turquoise pools or walk along the forest paths. You can also visit the bear sanctuary nearby, run by Free the Bears Fund Inc.
Later, climb to the top of Mount Phousi for an exploration of the gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. End the tour with a visit to the Night Market that has handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people.

Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave
Day 7: Kayaking on the River
Grab a paddle and climb into a kayak to take in the beauty of the Nam Ou river as you paddle your way to Pak Ou Cave.
You’ll kayak for three hours down a calm but steady flowing stretch of the Nam Ou for a refreshing ride as you immerse your senses in the natural beauty of Laos. Stop for lunch on the river bank before making your way directly to the Pak Ou Cave where the Mekong and Nam Ou rivers meet.
We’ll transport you to the Whiskey Village on the banks of the Mekong river. Explore the village, take a look at the local crafts and whiskey produced by the locals. Afterwards, drive back to Luang Prabang city for an overnight stay.

Luang Prabang
Day 8: Mountain Jungle Trek and Village Tours
We will head out of town for a 4 to 5-hour mountain jungle trek.
We'll cross the Nam Khan River by boat to the trail-head to begin our day hike through rice paddies and middle canopy. Our first stop will be a Khmu village named Ban Houay Fai where your guide will introduce you to the local life and customs.
Continue along ridges, limestone grottos and rocky slopes and stop for lunch at a Hmong village known as Ban Tinpha. Mountains and valleys offer many opportunities to experience a variety of flora and fauna. Weave your way through paddies and the countryside. Chat with villagers before culminating your trek at the riverside village, Ban Houay Yen.
Our boat will take you down a beautiful stretch of the Nam Khan with a stop at the Tad Sae waterfall. Relax and soak in the falls before returning to Luang Prabang.
