Buenos Aires

Day 1: Bienvenidos en Argentina!

Upon arrival at Buenos Aires International Airport, you will be met by our representative and you will be transferred to your hotel.

We will visit the most representative places of the southern area of the city, such as Plaza de Mayo, important evidence of the Argentinean history; the House of Government, known as the Pink House; the Cabildo, the Cathedral, and many other buildings and palaces of special architectural, historical and cultural value. Then we will see San Telmo neighborhood, home of the XIX century Aristocracy, now with its stores of antiques dealing and its colonial style. We will continue to visit La Boca, the Italian immigrant district, an explosion of color at the river’s edge. We will Visit Caminito, a narrow street teeming with art galleries and “Tango spirit”, and we will see La Boca Stadium, known as La Bombonera.

In the evening enjoy an authentic tango show in La Ventana, a classic venue located in San Telmo with an architectural style.

Day 3: Get to know the countryside

At the beginning of the tour, the group will travel to San Antonio de Areco and be able to enjoy a close-up view of our pampas on the way and at the same time receive a complete explanation from one of our specialized guides.

On arrival at San Antonio de Areco, the group will take a tour of the village, which includes a walk around the historical heart of the city. Following that the group will make their way to the exclusive ‘El Ombu de Areco’ Estancia.

Once at the estancia the passengers can take rides on the horses or go for a ride in a sulky whilst enjoying a buffet with traditional cold cuts, cheeses, and beverages. At lunchtime, the group will enjoy a typical country-style barbeque prepared using only the finest quality meats. Dessert is accompanied by a folklore show, which is followed by a demonstration of gaucho skills.

Day 4: Flight to Iguacu

Following breakfast at your hotel in Buenos Aires this morning, you'll be transferred to the airport in good time to board your domestic flight to Foz do Iguacu.

On the same day, you will take a tour of the falls on the Argentinian side. Over 275 waterfalls plunge into the depths over an extension of 2.7 km. Together with our English-speaking guide, we take a small train to the best viewpoint of the waterfalls, the “Garganta del Diablo”. 80 m, the thundering masses of water plunge into the depths directly at the edge in front of us. As the name suggests, this is the highest part of the Iguazu Falls: a gigantic water spectacle, the roar, the spray and the power of this natural spectacle will leave a lasting impression on us. Various viewpoints along the footbridges offer varied perspectives.
