Jordan is a fantastic country to visit with quite a variety of available activities, incredible landscape and food, really rich human history and very friendly people. I traveled with my 10 year old daughter for 7 days, and could have easily stayed longer. The most remarkable thing of this trip was how welcoming and kind the Jordanian people are and how comfortable we felt there after the 2 year isolation period we went through during the pandemic. I would thoroughly recommend visiting Jordan to anyone!
Quick response to my e-mails and requests; very polite and helpful staff; Good level of information for each day of the trip. Good level of flexibility to make changes to the trip program. Better value for money compared to other travel agencies.
Provide more options for accommodation. Especially small owned businesses. Resorts are nice and comfortable to have a quiet restful day during a busy tour, but they lack authenticity and are not the best at supporting local economy (owned by foreign companies). Also the staff in this places are too formal and don't engage with tourists like in smaller places. And then in general, maybe encourage the local government to promote educational programs in schools and with communities to not litter, and maybe clean up events. That was sad to see so much litter/plastic everywhere (with exception of Petra).
The guides were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Our driver, Anees Jarrar, was the best! He was a very careful and calm driver, was very engaged in all my questions, explained a lot of things to us about Jordan and what we were seeing - he was very passionate and enthusiastic about his country which was amazing. He kept the tour program rolling without any problems, and everything happened and was ready for us at the right time. And also made some welcoming suggestions along the trip. He was very friendly and kind, to me and to my daughter who got on really well with him. The fact that he took such good care of us and was so professional was really what I was looking for, and allowed me to relax and enjoy this trip more than I expected. I really appreciate all he did for us!
Don't use donkeys in Petra. That was the only disappointing thing: seeing how overworked the donkeys are, and how dangerous it is for them (and however is on top of them) going up some of the steps. Don't buy cheap and plastic "Made in China" souvenirs. I enjoyed all the places I've been and all the activities we did. So if anything, if I could, I would have stayed 10/12 days in Jordan to explore a few more places I didn't have the time in 7 days. However, I felt very content with everything I did, I wouldn't have removed anything... just added!!
The kindness of Jordanian people. They were so welcoming! I really felt that everyone was so happy to have tourists around.
