Lucia and her team were great. The hotels she recommended were unique, quirky, and in great locations for what we wanted to do! The rooms within the hotels were amazing too (corner rooms in El Calafate for gorgeous sweeping views). The order of the tour was great as well and our guides and tour operators were knowledgeable and on time. We had one hiccup in Mendoza, but a solution was found. Overall, we loved Argentina, loved the tour, and can't wait to return.
They picked amazing hotels, great locations, and fun activities. Guides were knowledgeable and drivers were easy to find and picked us up on time. Hotels and their locations were the best picks.
Their contact number during the trip. We were only given an emergency number to call during the trip. We called it twice and it didn't seem like the person who answered was interested in helping us. Solutions were found, but it was odd to talk to someone who didn't seem like she wanted to help. This would have been a bigger problem if I were travelling solo.
They were all accommodating and picked us up on time. Our driver in Mendoza went above and beyond and waited for us two extra hours because we couldn't contact the travel agency to tell them our flight had been delayed (see comments above).
El Jardin Escondido was wonderful in Buenos Aires. Skip Mendoza as you can find good wine everywhere, unless you really want to take winery tours. Research money system before coming into the country. Most banks won't sell you Argentine pesos and there's a reason why.
The glacier in El Calafate, as well as its "community" dogs. We were not expecting the dogs and it was a wonderful surprise.
