Athens Airport - Athens

Day 1: Welcome to Athens!

Upon arrival at the Athens International Airport, your driver will be waiting for you right outside the Arrivals Hall. Look for a sign with your name on it, then enjoy the transfer to your hotel in the city center. A tour representative will be waiting for you in the hotel to welcome you and brief you about your trip. Check-in and enjoy some free time for relaxation or set out on a walk in the capital of Greece.

Parthenon - Syntagma Square - New Acropolis Museum

Day 2: Tour the Acropolis and beyond

Today, you will be blown away by the stark contrast between the "old" and the "new" Athens. Marvel at both ancient ruins as well as the modern architecture of the city.

The tour today will bring you to the Acropolis, an iconic landmark of Athens, where you will encounter the Parthenon, the Propylea, the temple of Athina Nike, and the Erechtheion, with its Porch of Maidens. Later, visit the New Acropolis Museum, which showcases the glory of Athens and gives more context to its history.

You will also have the chance to visit other impressive and historic sites, such as the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus and the tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which is housed along with Parliament House in Syntagma (Constitution) Square.

Piraeus Port - Milos Port - Milos

Day 3: Ride the Ferry to Milos

Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel to transfer you to Piraeus port. Here, you will board the highspeed ferry to the island of Milos. The journey should take about 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Upon arrival, you will meet your driver as you disembark the ferry. Enjoy the ride from the port to your hotel. Check-in and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 4: Be Enchanted by Milos

Make the most of a full day on the beautiful island of Milos with a sightseeing tour and some sunbathing and swimming.

This is a tour designed to include the best of Milos in one full day. The tour includes stops at Papafragkas cave, where you will get a short overview of the history of the village of Phylacopi; a half-hour stop at Sarakiniko beach; time at the Plaka, where you can stroll along the traditional alleys here; see the Catacombs; visit the site where Venus de Milo was found; see the ruins of the ancient town of Klima; and explore the ancient theater.

You will also have the chance to visit Klima, an enchanting fishing village, and later spend a couple of hours at Palaiochori or Provatas beach.

Milos Port - Sifnos Port - Sifnos

Day 5: Take a Boat to Sifnos

Get ready for the boat ride to Sifnos this morning. Your driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to Milos port. Here, you will board the highspeed ferry and enjoy a lovely one-hour ride across the Aegean Sea from Milos to Sifnos.

Upon arrival at the port in Sifnos, you will be driven to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to spend however you wish.

Day 6: Explore Beaches, Fishing Villages, and Pottery Workshops

Wake up on the beautiful Cycladic island of Sifnos. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, then set off to discover this enchanting island on your own. 

Sifnos is known for its gorgeous beaches, and you are invited to spend the entire day soaking up the sun and swimming in the blue Aegean waters. 

Alternatively, explore the island, soaking up the tranquil ambiance in serene fishing villages or venturing further afield to explore traditional pottery workshops.

Day 7: Cruise to Naxos

The next stop on your Greek Island-hopping adventure is Naxos. Check out of your hotel and meet your driver who will transfer you to the port to catch the highspeed ferry to the largest of the Cycladic islands. 

Take in the views of a dazzling sea as you cruise across these sparkling waters. Upon arrival at Naxos port, you will be picked up and driven to your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon taking in the scenery of beautiful Naxos.

Day 8: See the Sights of a Historic Greek Island

A private, full-day tour of Naxos (including lunch) is on the agenda today. You will experience the real Naxos accompanied by a local guide who has lived on the island his entire life.

Home to a charming museum, Dimitra's Temple, dating from 530 BC is your first stop. Next, venture to Chalki Village, where you can visit an old distillery where the famous Naxian liqueur called Kitron has been produced since 1896. 

Continue on to Panagia Drosiani, an ancient orthodox church that features rich frescoes, then stop for a coffee at a delightful cafe before continuing to Apeiranthos Village, a breathtaking village constructed entirely of marble. Next up is Stavros. This is the narrowest point of the island. From here you can see the sea from the eastern and western sides. 

Enjoy a traditional Naxian lunch in the mountain village of Koronos before continuing your exploration of Naxos.

Day 9: Journey Back to Athens

On your final full day in Greece, you'll enjoy one more ferry ride as you make your way back to the capital. Your driver will meet you at your hotel for the private transfer to the port in Naxos. Enjoy the approximately 3.5-hour ferry ride and watch as the city of Athens comes into view. Upon disembarkment, you will meet your driver in Athens for the ride to your hotel.

Day 10: Bid Farewell to Greece

Enjoy one more delicious Greek breakfast at your hotel in Athens this morning, then get ready to head to the airport. Your driver will meet you in your hotel lobby and assist you with your bags.
