Dubrovnik
Day 1: Welcome to Dubrovnik
Upon arrival at the airport in Dubrovnik, your driver who will take you to your hotel to freshen up and relax.
The rest of your day you are free to explore the delights of Dubrovnik at leisure. Wander the cobbled streets, marvel at baroque palaces and gothic churches nestled within the city’s magnificent city wall before taking a cable car ride to the top of Mount Srđ for astounding views of the city.

Dubrovnik - Konavle
Day 2: Culinary experience in the Konavle Region
After a morning at leisure, learn about regional gastronomy at a welcoming family estate in the Konavle Region. Help prepare a meal using local fresh ingredients before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a fantastic wine pairing to go along with your delicious meal.
Back in Dubrovnik, enjoy the setting sun and evening in this wonderful city.

Dubrovnik - Ston - Korcula
Day 3: Savor oysters in Ston
Begin your day in the historic town of Ston, famous for old salt flats and an impressive town wall, known as the ‘European Wall of China’. Enjoy Ston’s beautiful views over the Adriatic before heading to the bay of Mali Ston, unique for its oyster cultures.
Learn how oysters are farmed and have a truly special gastronomical experience, when you taste oysters directly from the sea, with a splash of lemon and with a glass of chilled wine.
Afterwards, continue towards Orebić where you will embark on a ferry to Korčula to spend the rest of your day at leisure.

Korcula - Lumbarda
Day 4: Korcula private Lumbarda wine tour
Today you will explore the Lumbarda region on a full day's wine tour. As you drive towards the wineries, enjoy the stunning scenery of fields, villages and wineries dotted along the landscape.
Upon arrival in the village of Lumbarda discover the great pride this village has in its centuries-old winemaking tradition. Korcula is known for its production of some of Croatia’s best white wines, including Grk. You will visit two wineries, one of them being a family-run winery that produces Grk wine, where you will sample this delicious wine amongst others.

Korcula - Hvar
Day 5: Sailing to Hvar
In the morning, step aboard your catamaran to Hvar to spend the day exploring this wonderful town. Make sure you stop at one of Hvar’s many bars and eateries before watching the sunset from the Španjola Fortress for amazing views.

Day 6: Hvar wine & peka dinner
Enjoy a morning at leisure pottering around Hvar before visiting a family-run vineyard where you can sample a selection of wines native to the island of Hvar. You will also visit the UNESCO Stari Grad Plain, an agricultural landscape set up by the ancient Greeks.
In the evening, enjoy traditional Croatian cooking at its finest with a peka dinner at an idyllic family-owned restaurant. Pair it up with local island wines for an authentic Croatian gastronomic experience.

Hvar - Split
Day 7: Farewell, Croatia
On you final morning in Croatia, board a catamaran from Hvar to Split. Upon arrival, you will be picked up at the pier by your driver and transferred to Split airport for your flight back home, filled with unforgettable memories of your adventures. Safe travels!
