Detailed Itinerary

Split
Day 1: Arrival to Split
Welcome to Croatia! This is a land of thousands of islands, land of lavender, olive oil, savor wines, an impressive history that reaches the ancient stone age, where antic temples meet renaissance palaces, baroque theatres, gothic cathedrals, melted in modern Mediterranean architecture. Split is the best example and you will find it out soon.
Meet &greet at the airport Trogir by your private driver who will take you to your hotel in the center of Split. Check-in and refreshment. Suggestion for a nice walk through the old town inside Diocletian palace and a nice dinner in one of my favorite restaurants called Bokeria. There's no single must-see attraction here; it is really a question of taking time to wander the narrow, tunnel-like streets, where Roman, medieval, and Renaissance buildings blend together to form a unique urban jungle. Split is a special city that leaves no one indifferent.

Split - Trogir - Klis
Day 2: Walking tour in Split
Enjoy the centrally positioned hotel that lies on Pjaca square, always interesting and never the same. Just fifty meters from the hotel, passing through the Western Gate of Diocletian’s Palace and below one of the oldest of all Croatian bell towers, lies the heart of Diocletian’s Palace and the heart of Split: the Peristyle and Diocletian’s Mausoleum, since the beginning of the Christian era the Cathedral of St Domus. Stone houses and narrow streets are a perfect blend of the glorious past and the challenging present. The charm of this city is hard to resist. With every step, you can feel the Mediterranean invite you to feel the warmth of the city where the stone and sun have been meeting each other for centuries.

Split - Plitvice Lakes - Split
Day 3: Day Tour to Plitvice Lakes
Its water scenes, lakes, waterfalls, and forests are unique and a must-see. The park was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979. It is, however, forbidden to swim in the lakes. You will have time to refresh and eat something before embarking on the boat that will take you across the lake. Private 3 h walking tour with your guide. After this magnificent tour through the forest and lakes of Plitvice, you will continue your journey through Croatia’s inland, a diverse landscape leading down to the Dalmatian coast - to vibrant Split.

Split - Hvar
Day 4: Drive Hvar
Check out from your hotel in Split and depart for Hvar island by private motorboat . It will be a pleasant boat ride of just 40 minutes. Meet & greet by the hotel staff and short walk to reach your hotel, centrally located in the heart of Hvar town.
Free time to explore the sunniest Croatian island, the small bay town, where 13th-century walls surround beautifully ornamented Gothic palaces and traffic-free marble streets. Suggestion to visit some of the most important venues such as Hvar's theatre Arsenal, Square of St. Stephen, the cathedral of St. Stephen and the episcopal palace, Mandrač, Prince’s Palace, Church of St.Mark, The Fort Fortica and many more. Hvar has a rich historical heritage worth exploring.

Hvar - Jelsa Hvar
Day 5: Groves, Gardens, Vineyards and Kitchens
Spend a glorious afternoon visiting our friends and family all over the island to experience the essence of authentic Hvar island gastronomy. This tour is to showcase the inspired tastes and flavors of what makes island cuisine so fabulous. Not just to nibble and enjoy, but to welcome you into the kitchens, homes, groves, gardens, and vineyards to meet and talk with the local “wizards” who are responsible for their creations.
You will visit some of these talented locals in their family homes and meet with others at their small production facilities to see, taste, and enjoy what it takes to create perfect honey, olive oil, wine, and fascinating sweet delicacies that have been made for hundreds of years( Olive grove stop, Famous winery, Honey bee, traditional’s Hvar sweet

Day 6: Boat trip to Vis
In the morning after breakfast, you depart towards the island of Vis. Your private skipper will be waiting for you in Hvar’s port. The trip continues to Vis – green cave. You will stop only at the green cave and not visit the blue cave as it is too crowded and it requires embarking on another boat, which would make the trip a little exhausting but we will see it on the spot and decide. The skipper will take you to some of the most spectacular bays, even in the world. You will enjoy time for sea and sun before you are dropped off for lunch in one of the authentic restaurants in the town of Jelsa or on the way back you will make a stop on beautiful Pakleni islets and have lunch at Toto’s restaurant, in the middle of an extraordinary botanical garden.
