Day 1: Welcome to Portugal
Welcome to Portugal. As you arrive into the airport you'll be welcomed by your driver who will take you straight to your hotel in Vilamoura; a resort town in the Algarve region of southern Portugal.
After having a moment to relax and check in to your accommodation, enjoy a welcome dinner on your first night in Portugal.

Day 2: Tôr winery tasting & first Michelin dinner
On your first full day in Portugal, you'll start your day with a visit to beautiful Tôr, a typical village where you will learn about winemaking, and have the chance to taste premium Algarvian wines while enjoying beautiful mountain views and eating traditional tapas.
In the evening, enjoy a 7-course tasting menu dinner with wine pairing at the Michelin star restaurant Henrique Leis, who embraces French cuisine enhanced by flavors of his South American homeland. This is cuisine that celebrates the elegance and importance of detail. You'll be stunned by the mastery and beauty of each dish, as well as the amazing taste!

Day 3: Take a Michelin cooking masterclass
Today, you'll learn the latest techniques and secrets of what is happening in the award-winning kitchens of Europe. Using local ingredients of the Algarve, play around different techniques from spherification to foams to modern platings. You will be surprised by how easy it is to replicate haute cuisine at home.
Your class will end with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around a hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques. You'll have the chance to ask your master chef and teacher any cooking questions you may have as well as take home some of the recipes!

Day 4: Catamaran tour & local tasting meal
Embark on an exclusive catamaran cruise with tastings of regional liquors and sweet treats! Head west to explore the beautiful caves and coastline all the way to the famous “Benagil cave” and be amazed by other sights such as Praia da Marinha, Captain's Cave, and Submarine Rock.
At dinner, be prepared to experience an exclusive culinary delight with a 9-course tasting menu dinner with wine pairing at the Michelin star restaurant São Gabriel. Here, creative cuisine combines traditional Portuguese flavors with a contemporary twist, showing Chef Leonel Pereira’s Algarvian roots. You'll no doubt leave will a full belly and a smile on your face.

Day 5: Tour & tasting of a craft microbrewery
In the morning, you'll have free time to explore the gorgeous beaches in the area and soak up the warm Iberian sun.
You'll spend the afternoon on a guided tour to a local craft beer brewery where you will learn the secrets of a microbrewery, including how the beer journey goes through from start to finish. There will, of course, be plenty of tastings along with snack food pairing.
Taste a selection of quality craft beers, blazing a new trail in Portuguese beer culture. All their beers are easy-drinking, popular craft beer types between 4 - 5% ABV, and recently won the award of the best local stout.

Day 6: Relaxation & and 5 course gourmet meal
Today is another leisurely day in sunny Portugal. Enjoy the town and walk around doing some souvenir shopping or simply enjoying the views.
