Arrive at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport, where your driver will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation in the center of Barcelona.

Today you’ll take the train from Madrid to Seville, a journey of approximately two-and-a-half hours.
On arrival you’ll be taken to your hotel to have a moment to relax, before heading back out for a private guided tour of Seville's Old Quarter and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These include the Santa Cruz quarter, the Cathedral of Seville - the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and the Royal Alcazar. Seville offers so much to explore and enjoy!

Day 8: A cooking class & market visit in the Algarve
This morning, your driver will pick you up from your Seville hotel for a scenic two-hour transfer to Tavira in Portugal's Algarve.
Upon arrival, join a local chef for a market visit to select fresh ingredients, which you'll then use to whip up a feast during a private cooking class. This class will take place in a charming rural farm, where you’ll learn to prepare a pot of famous cataplana - a type of Portuguese fish stew.
