Day 1: Welcome to Panama
Welcome to Panama! Arrive into Tocumen International Airport and be welcomed by your representative. Transfer to your hotel in the center of Panama City and rest after your long day of travel.

Panama City - Chagres National Park - Panama City
Day 2: Embera indigenous encounter
Start the day early and grab breakfast before making the journey to El Corotu. Here you’ll board a piragua (dugout canoe) and travel through the dense jungle before arriving at an Embera indigenous village on the Chagres River.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with traditional dancing and music! Here you’ll learn and embrace fascinating Embera traditions and their close relationship with nature, whilst being shown how to create intricate wooden carvings. Immerse yourself in the village and enjoy a traditional lunch before heading back to Panama City down the Chagres River.

Day 3: Panama highlights
Meet your guide first thing and get ready for a full-day, privately guided tour of Panama City and the famous canal. The tour starts with exploring the ruins of old Panama, here you’ll climb up the Cathedral Tower and visit the Old Panama Museum.
Next, head to Casco Viejo, dating back to the XVII century, and listen to your guide describe the events that led up to the establishment of the capital in its current location. Your day continues as you transfer to the Miraflores Locks on the Panama Canal where you get to marvel at this incredible piece of human engineering!
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to your hotel. The evening is free for you to either relax or head out and explore the city further.

Panama City - Boquete
Day 4: Journey to Boquete
Today, transfer to Albrook Gelabert Airport where you’ll take a short 45-minute flight to David. Upon arrival, you’ll be privately transferred to Boquete, a short one-hour drive away.
Check-in to your new accommodation and spend the evening relaxing or exploring your surroundings!

Day 5: A coffee tour & tasting
Boquete has the perfect microclimate for coffee! Today will consist of a tour of one of the local coffee farms, your guide will take you through the whole process, from the picking of the coffee cherries by the Ngäbe-Bugle Indians to its journey to your cup while you walk through the coffee fields. The tour will end with a taste of the product.
After, transfer back to your hotel, then feel free to spend the evening relaxing or trying out a local restaurant.

Day 6: Walk amongst the treetops
Today, experience Panama’s cloud forests from a unique vantage point as you embark on a hike that takes you through a series of hanging bridges over a lush natural reserve.
On the journey, get a glimpse of the countryside with its ubiquitous coffee farms. Upon arrival at the site of today’s adventure, you’ll receive a briefing and begin hiking the 3-mile loop across 5 bridges that range from 990-1,100ft above sea level.
Walking through the treetops of the cloud forest, keep your eyes open for exotic bird species, as well as other animals native to this area. Admire the surrounding scenery as your guide interprets the ecosystem that surrounds you. See rushing rivers and cascading waterfalls below, and take in breathtaking views of the towering Volcan Baru.

Day 7: Journey to Boca Chica
Take a two-hour transfer from Boquete to Boca Chica where your next adventure awaits! Nestled amidst a stunning tropical paradise, Boca Chica offers the perfect base for discovering the surrounding region, it's the gateway to the Gulf of Chiriquí Marine National Park with its many luxuriant green islands, palm-tree-fringed white beaches and an incredible variety of wildlife.

Day 8: A culinary experience
Get picked up early for a drive through the Talamanca Mountain Range. This short journey will let you connect with nature as you witness rivers, waterfalls, wildlife, and stunning views!
Today you’re heading to spend time with the Ngäbe indigenous community, upon arrival locals will welcome you into their home with coffee or traditional tea. Here you’ll have the opportunity to embrace their traditions and cultures. After a tour of the farm and collecting all the ingredients you need, together you’ll cook up a storm in the kitchen, preparing authentic and organic dishes that the Ngäbe have to offer.

Day 9: Spend the day on the open water
It's time to head out on the water. Paddle out into the Gulf of Chiriqui at high tide to discover the mangrove-lined Northeast coast from open water.
Your guide will give you a safety briefing and an introductory paddle lesson and then you’ll be able to explore the wonders of the world around you.
Explore this mysterious and enigmatic ecosystem where the rainforest meets the ocean and learn all about its importance for marine life. Witness first-hand the flora and fauna of the region, as you may be able to see different bird species and stunning mountain views.

Day 10: Journey to a tropical paradise
Today will be spent traveling to Colón Island, an island in the Bocas Del Toro archipelago! This will start with a drive from Boca Chica to Almirante, then you’ll jump on a shared boat that’ll take you to the island home to palm-frilled beaches and crystal-clear waters.

Day 11: Sun, sand & sea
The best things to do on Bocas Del Toro include being in, around, or on the water. Today, you’ll spend the day island hopping, swimming, snorkeling, and viewing the abundance of marine life that lives in the surrounding waters.
You’ll visit the most famous island, Zapatilla Keys, named after its shoe-like shape, and located next to Bastimentos Island Marine National Park. Enjoy this unique paradise, walking along the shore, relaxing in the shade of a palm tree, or exploring the rich coral reef. Today will be a day in paradise!

Bocas Del Toro
Day 12: Searching for manatees
Early morning you’ll leave the island and start a two-hour journey towards San San Pond Sak, a wetland lagoon area in the district of Changuinola listed by the Ramsar Convention Group as a site of international importance.
Here you’ll start a wildlife tour in the hopes of spotting sloths, monkeys, hawks, iguanas, snakes, and, of course, manatees which can be found in huge numbers on the shallow waters of the San San River. Additionally, you’ll listen to a brief presentation regarding the importance of this site and the conservation projects.

Bocas Del Toro - Panama City
Day 13: Back to Panama City
It's time to head back to Panama City for your final day. Commence your day with a seamless transfer from your hotel to Bocas Airport, where you'll embark on a scenic one-hour flight to Panama City.
Upon arrival, indulge in a hassle-free transfer to your hotel. With the remainder of the evening at your leisure, immerse yourself in the charm of Casco Viejo, strolling its cobblestone streets or savoring a refreshing drink amidst the captivating ambiance of its rooftop bars - celebrating your final night in Panama.
