Day 2: Taste the Recipes of the Lappish People
Close your eyes and relax! Smell the pure air of the forest that only exists in Lapland. As you set out on an arctic snowshoeing adventure, you will be able to embrace the beauty of the nature around us. Taste the grilled food in front of a campfire in Vaattunki and hike around the area while a guide informs you about the local animals and the traditional culture.
During a traditional Lappish food experience, you will be served dishes prepared by the local people. This dinner is for those who want to experience real homemade Finnish food and will be held in a private venue. You will be able to discuss local recipes with the chef and engage in conversations about life beyond the Arctic Circle.

Rovaniemi - Ranua Wildlife Park
Day 3: Encounter the Natural Beauty of Ranua Wildlife Park
Today you will visit Ranua Wildlife Park in the Arctic wilderness. Explore this breathtaking winter wonderland with the help of your English-speaking guide, and see polar bears and hundreds of other animal species in their natural habitat.
Savour a delicious buffet lunch in the middle of a forest. Then, continue your journey to meet friendly Siberian huskies at a husky farm, and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime ride in a sled pulled by the dogs, weather permitting.
Talk to traditional reindeer herders at a local reindeer farm in Rovaniemi, and learn about the history of reindeer farming in the area. Find out what it's like to live in the Arctic before a short reindeer sleigh ride.

Day 4: Search for Amethyst
Today's main destination is an Amethyst mine. Upon arrival, the owner will tell the story of mining in the area. After the introduction, you will have the chance to search for the lucky amethyst yourself. Of course, you will be provided with special equipment, and a snowcat will carry you up the hill.
After coming back down, warm yourself up around a bonfire, and prepare for a lunch in the Lappish style. Delight in tasting the Finnish fish soup, reindeer meat sandwich and sausages. Head back to the town with your own amethyst treasures in your hands.

Rovaniemi - Santa Claus Village
Day 5: Get Ready to Meet Santa Claus!
You will be picked up for a drive to the Arctic Circle, which is situated just 15 km north of Rovaniemi city center. Today, you will get to meet Santa Claus in his Lapland office. Here it is Christmas all year round! We will visit Santa’s Village where you will have a private meeting with Santa Claus, join the elves in their magical world, and send postcards to all your friends from Santa’s Post Office.
Once night falls, you will have an authentic Finnish experience -- a Finnish sauna! We will head to an Arctic forest where you will have a wonderful opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in a traditional firewood sauna and a hot tub in the forest.
Later, we will venture to a frozen lake to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights while enjoying warm drinks and gingerbread.
