Santiago - Casablanca Valley - Valparaiso
Day 1: Welcome to Chile!
Upon arrivall into Santiago Airport, you will be greeted by your private transfer and swept away to the beautiful Casablanca Valley. Here, you’ll note the terroir that comes from the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean and the foothills of the Andes and Costal Mountains.
On our way towards the artsy city of Valparaiso, we will stop at two of the region’s iconic wineries: Veramonte and Emiliana. Both wineries are completely organic and feature a host of other green initiatives.
In Veramonte, you will discover how the coastal valley range creates the unique flavors of sauvignon blanc and chardonnay, seeing how the smells of the fermentation in the vast barrel room combine before we move on to sampling.
In Emiliana, you will hear about the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Valparaiso - Colchagua Valley
Day 2: Discover the Chilean Wine Country
Start your day slow with a delightful breakfast at your hotel while looking out over the beautiful port-side city of Valparaiso.
From Santiago, you’ll have a personal driver that will accompany your group through the extraordinary dips of the Colchagua Valley. You will stop at your hotel in Santa Cruz, a typical Chilean town, before you head out for your sunset tour at Viu Manent Vineyard.
This sustainable vineyard takes care to reduce their environmental impact with every step in the process. Here, you will marvel at the gardens before being swept away on a carriage ride through the vineyard. While you watch the sun sink over the horizon, you’ll be greeted with a tasting menu of six wines with accompanying appetizers.
Colchagua Valley - Santiago
Day 3: Taste the Flavours of the Colchagua Valley
On today’s journey through the heartland of Chilean wines, you’ll continue to explore the Colchagua Valley.
Your first winery will be the historic Apalta Lapostolle Winery where you will travel back in time as you approach the family owned winery that has been stunning and amazing visitors, the world over. Its unique take on the cultivation process is like an heirloom, passed from generation to generation.
Afterwards, you will have a high-end tour of Montes Vineyard, the brainchild of wine experts who were determined to create a superior quality wine than anything that was being made in Chile at the time. We will get to explore their visionary design on a journey through their beautiful vineyards with stunning views of the valley.
Santiago - Maipo Valley
Day 4: Savour the Reds at Concha y Toro
Today, you’ll meet your personal driver once more at the door of your hotel.
After a 45-minute drive, you will find yourself in a world of peace and tranquillity in the largest producing winery in the world, Concha y Toro. You will walk through the large property and admire the manicured gardens that have stood for centuries. You’ll learn about the winery’s first owners and the modern wine making process before sampling some of their ample selection.
Later in the day, you will visit Santa Rita, another historic winery. This tour will take you through the centuries-old vineyard as you learn about the secret of Chilean red wines, including the infamous Carmenere. Here, you will learn how this winery played a key role in the independence of Chile before looking at the vast collection of premium wine in their tasting room.

Day 5: Farewell Chile!
After enjoying a savory breakfast at your hotel, you’ll meet your transfer at the front door of your hotel. Waving good bye to the beautiful Wine Region, you can reminisce about the beauty of each of the three valleys you visited along this boutique tour.
