Detailed Itinerary

Agadir Al-massira International Airport - Agadir
Day 1: Welcome to Morocco!
Welcome to Agadir! You will be met by your driver/guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel in the city (a direct transfer is also available if you plan to arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport, instead). Spend the rest of the day relaxing after your travels, or head out to find your bearings, if you have some energy left to burn.

Agadir - Tiznit
Day 2: A day out in Agadir
Start the day with some sightseeing in Agadir: with help from a local guide, learn about the city's history across must-see sites. Take a scenic stroll along the beach-lined promenade before driving up a hill to Agadir Oufella, a 16th-century fortress with panoramic views over the city and fishing port. Learn about the production secrets behind argan oil, as you watch how local Berber women produce what is known in Europe as "golden liquid" - this is a truly 100% Moroccan experience, and shouldn't be missed.
Stop at Souk El Had, believed to be the continent's largest urban market, to test your bargaining skills and enjoy some free time exploring. Then, in the afternoon, you'll pack up and leave Agadir behind for the town of Tiznit.

Tiznit - Tafraoute
Day 3: The scintillating wonders of Tiznit
Today, you'll get to explore the lively town of Tiznit, soaking in all the charms of its surrounding region. Nestled behind shaded saffron ramparts, its medina is replete with history and mystery. Visit the jewellery souk, home to the works of expert silversmiths, and take time to tour the architecturally splendid ancient souk.
In the afternoon, you'll take a transfer onward to the town of Tafraoute, where you'll check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day relaxing at leisure.

Tafraoute - Irherm
Day 4: Welcome to Tafraoute, a scenic paradise
Spend the day sightseeing in Tafraoute, a delightful town known for its almond and prune tangine! An old commercial junction, it once provided the infrastructure for travellers to discover the many picturesque villages of the surrounding area.
Take a stroll along rocky slopes or through the valley's verdant palm groves; marvel at the historic Maison Berbère Traditionnelle; and soak up the beauty of the Ameln Valley, a true haven for hikers.
Make the most of it! In the afternoon, you'll leave all this behind as you continue your journey to the town of Irherm.

Irherm - Tata
Day 5: Take a trip back in time
After breakfast, meet your driver for a timeless and authentic excursion: a journey about 50km south of Irherm to Aït Kine, a functional collective granary that dates back centuries. Its fortress-like appearance is certainly impressive, surrounded by imposing walls flanked by two watchtowers. This is a gathering place and warehouse for the Duar people, the rights of whom have been passed down from generation to generation, and who continue to hold religious festivals, weddings and other social events in this space.
Spend time soaking up the age-old atmosphere, before continuing on to your next destination: the city of Tata.

Tata - Foum Zguid - Erg Chigaga
Day 6: Sleep under the stars in the Sahara
It's time for an adventure into the heart of the Sahara! First, you'll drive to Foum Zguid, the gateway to the desert, where you'll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, hop into a 4x4 for a two-hour drive into the desert, travelling across the dunes of Erg Chigaga to reach your campsite for an overnight stay. Spend a while enjoying dinner and Berber music, before tucking in for a night under the stars.

Erg Chigaga - Draa Valley - Agdz
Day 7: Journey through the Draa Valley
Today, make an early-morning start to witness what may be the best sunrise of your life. You'll return to camp for breakfast before packing up and continuing your journey onwards, stopping in the village of M'Hamid El Ghizlane followed by Tamegoute, in the Draa Valley, for lunch en route. You'll end the day's travels in Agdz, a charming town surrounded by palmeries in the Atlas Mountains. Settle down in your accommodation here, and take the time to relax after your journey.

Agdz - Gorges Tislite - Taliouine
Day 8: A day of embracing art & nature
After breakfast, take a transfer to the town of Tazenakht, a must-visit for learning about the crafting process of artisan rugs. These timelessly elegant pieces showcase exquisite craftsmanship, giving this town a reputation as the centre of Amazigh carpets in Morocco.
Continue on to the unique Gorges Tislite, for a chance to connect with nature as you embrace a landscape of rugged canyons, volcanic peaks and wild, dazzling beauty. Sit down for a picnic and experience a moment of pure joy in nature! From there, you'll travel on to Taliouine, a saffron spice-producing town in the province of Taroudant.

Taliouine - Taroudant - Agadir
Day 9: Soak up the history & magic of Taroudant
Take the day to dive into the culture of Taroudant, one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco. Behind its historic city walls, you'll find a world bathed in golden light, filled with bustling alleyways and vibrant stalls selling abundant handicrafts from the region. Stock up on leather goods, Amazigh jewellery, and terracotta pieces, before continuing your journey on to Agadir.

Agadir - Agadir Al-massira International Airport
Day 10: Farewell, Morocco!
Your final hours in Morocco have sadly arrived: at a suitable time, check out of your accommodation and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
