Roma

Day 1: Welcome to Rome

Upon your arrival in magical Rome, your personal assistant will pick you up at the airport in a private Mercedes. As you drive to your hotel in Rome, you'll pass beautiful monuments out your window. 

For the rest of your day, you will discover Rome by yourself on an independent walking tour. Start from the city center to discover the monuments and the palace of the Baroque period such as the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza di Spagna. Your dinner will be served at a Michelin guide restaurant with an astonishing view of the Colosseum.

Day 2: Explore the Vatican City, Forum, and Colosseum

Today, you will meet your personal driver and guide at the hotel lobby to visit the world’s smallest country and the center of the Catholic World – Vatican City. Visit the impressive St. Peter’s Square and Church, and explore Vatican Museums, Raffaello’s rooms, and the Sistine Chapel. You'll gaze up in awe at all the incredible architecture and art that surrounds you everywhere you go.

In the afternoon, continue to discover Rome with your professional guide. Start your tour from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum area, taking in the impressive ruins. You'll then continue to the Imperial Forums and the ruins of the Colosseum.

Day 3: Eat Your Way to Food Heaven in Rome

Today, Rome is all about the food! This morning, your personal driver will pick you up to enjoy a cooking class with a local culinary expert. You will learn how to cook the best Italian food imaginable. The class begins with a visit to Rome’s famous Esquilino market, where you’ll start learning about the rich traditions of Roman food and select the fresh, seasonal ingredients you’ll be using in the cooking lesson.

Then you'll go to a professional kitchen where you will learn how to prepare traditional dishes or pizza. Your teacher will show you all the proper tricks and techniques to ensure this is the best lunch you have during your time in Italy! 

After your class, spend some time relaxing on the streets of Rome and exploring it at your leisure.

Roma - Pompei - Amalfi Coast

Day 4: Uncover Historic Pompei

This morning, your private driver will take you to the Amalfi coast. On the way, you'll stop in Pompei for an incredible guided visit. You'll learn the history of this important city destroyed and buried by the eruption of Vesuvius. During the guided walking tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Forum that was the center of religious and economic life, and the Casa del Fauno, one of the largest, and most impressive private residences in Pompeii.

You'll also see the Termopolium, ancient inns where foreigners arriving in Pompeii could eat and buy wine as well as the Lupanare, famous for erotic paintings. The eruption covered this important town in 30 feet of volcanic ash, preserving it exactly how it was. This tour offers a fascinating look into ancient times.

Amalfi Coast

Day 5: Drive the Spectacular Amalfi Coast

After a relaxing breakfast in Amalfi, your personal driver will let you enjoy a half day around the Amalfi Coast by car. Drive along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Amalfi Coast on "state route 163" – a masterpiece of human engineering. Following the natural outlines of Europe's most spectacular coastline, you will drive through picture-perfect villages such as Praiano, Furore, Conca dei Marini and verdant cliffs dotted with waterfalls. The views will amaze you and take your breath away.

You'll return to your gorgeous Amalfi hotel to enjoy some views of the ocean from your balcony and a fresh seafood meal.

Amalfi Coast - Capri - Amalfi Coast

Day 6: Exciting Day Trip to Capri

Wake up excited about today's island adventure! Reach the pier by private transfer to take a ferry boat to reach Capri island. This island is famous for its designer shops and chic hotels. Visit Marina Grande and the village of Anacapri, located 1,800 feet above sea level.

Afterward continue to the main town of Capri, where you can visit La Piazzetta, the Gardens of Augustus, and look across Faraglioni, and the distinctive rocks. You'll spot the Three Sisters, a famous rock formation, in the background. In the afternoon your personal driver will take you to the pier in Capri to board a ferry back to the Amalfi Coast.

Amalfi Coast - Civita Di Bagnoregio & Orvieto - Florence

Day 7: Road Trip To Florence

After waking up to the stunning scenery of the Amalfi Coast, you'll set off for Florence! On the way, you will stop to visit two extraordinary Etruscan towns with your guide. In northern Lazio, cross a narrow bridge to the fascinating hill town of Civita di Bagnoregio. In Umbria, stop in Orvieto, famous for its Etruscan ruins as well as its Gothic cathedral and the excellent wines preserved in its underground cellars. You'll have plenty of time to explore and more importantly, eat!

You will reach Florence by late afternoon where you'll have time to relax and explore a little bit on foot. You'll spend the evening having a delicious local meal on a cobblestone street.

Day 8: Art and Culture in Florence

Today is all about culture and history in Florence! Your historical walking tour starts from Repubblica square, the heart of the city. You'll stroll through streets and alleys of the medieval quarter to Palazzo del Bargello and Piazza della Signoria. Continue to Santa Croce Church, a gorgeous church with frescoes by Giotto and the tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo, and other Tuscan cultural giants.

Next, visit the Accademia Gallery with  Michelangelo's masterpiece: David. You are able to view the museum's other unique pieces, including a room dedicated to Michelangelo. You'll visit the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most beautiful and famous museums in the world boasting some of the most important artists of all times: Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and more. Finally, stop at the Piazza del Duomo and marvel at the vast cathedral.

Day 9: Romantic Gondola Ride in Venice

After a relaxed morning in Florence, you'll catch a train to Venice. Along the way, keep your face glued to the window as you pass rolling hills and stunning greenery. When you arrive in Venice, you'll meet your boat transfer across the lagoon to your hotel.

In the evening you will enjoy a leisurely gondola ride through the canals of Venice. Following your gondola cruise, you will discover the unusual reality of this atypical city and in the meantime, relax, with the boat gently floating on the water. Your romantic ride will end on the balcony of your restaurant where you'll enjoy mouth-watering food.

Day 10: Explore Incredible Venice and Day Trip to Murano

Have you ever dreamed of exploring romantic Venice? Today's your chance! Start your private walking tour of the city with your local guide to show you the way. Venice’s charm lies both in its unique civil engineering achievements and in the harmony of Eastern and Western artistic styles that have flourished here over the centuries.

Your tour highlights some of the major sites that define the look and history of Venice including visits to Doges Palace, St Mark’s Basilica, and St Mark’s square.

In the afternoon, you will take a ferry boat with your guide to visit Murano to see the famous glass making along with an expert glass connoisseur who will lead you through the closed doors of a glass master’s private studio.

Day 11: Say Arrivederci to Amazing Italy

On your final day in Venice, spend the morning relaxing at your hotel and enjoying the stunning views. Spend time walking the streets in search of the best pizza, pasta, or gelato, and see some of the city's famous bridges and squares.

When it's time to say goodbye, you'll take a boat transfer to the airport and catch your flight back home. You'll no doubt be sad to leave, but you'll have made memories that will last a lifetime.
