Oaxaca Juárez
Day 1: Welcome to Oaxaca City!
Bienvenidos a México! Today you will be met at the airport by your driver and privately transferred to your hotel in Oaxaca City. Check-in and rest after your journey.

Day 2: Discover the Vibrant Splendor of Oaxaca
Tour through the colorful streets of the old Antequera, starting with the 17th-century aqueduct with its arcades and cobbled streets. Along Calle García Vigil, you will reach the former convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, home of the Museum of Cultures, which shelters the treasure of Monte Alban’s Tomb 7.
Continue to the Temple of Santo Domingo, which features impressive Baroque decoration. Then set out to discover Alcalá Street, the Cathedral, Constitution Plaza, and finally, the beautiful markets of Oaxaca, full of colors, aromas, and flavors.

Hierve El Agua - Mitla - Teotitlán del Valle
Day 3: Marvel at the Wonders of Mexico
A day filled with archeology, handicrafts, and nature awaits. Start with a visit to the ancient Tule tree, an enormous 2000-year-old tree.
Your next stop is Hierve el Agua, an imposing petrified waterfall in the mountains. Here, you can bathe in mineral-rich waters, with the arid landscape of this mountainous area in the background.
Later, visit a mezcal production site to learn about the process of making this traditional Oaxacan drink liquor.
Later, you will see the archeological site of Mitla, the most important religious center of the Zapotecs during the post-classic period. Its buildings were richly decorated with geometric shapes and are a clear example of the splendor and development of this ancient civilization.
The day concludes with a visit to a wool carpet weaving workshop in Teotitlán del Valle.

Oaxaca Juárez - Monte Alban - Arrozola-cuilapam
Day 4: Delve into the Past at Monte Alban
Today you will venture to Monte Albán, the great Zapotec city developed on top of a hill in the center of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca. This city had a great influence on the development of Mesoamerica.
Surrounded by a landscape of mountains and valleys, you will cross the North Platform and the Great Plaza paying special attention to the "Gallery of the Danzantes" (the dancer's gallery), Building J, and the Game of Ball among other imposing buildings.
After your visit, you will continue to Arrozola, where you will get the chance to observe a workshop of carved copal wood figures, richly decorated with an explosion of colors. You will also be able to participate in a workshop where you will get the chance to decorate your own Alebrije.
Finally, pay a visit to the former convent of Santiago Cuilapam.

Oaxaca Juárez - Latuví
Day 5: Get to Know the Customs of the Latuvi Community
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then get ready for an excursion to the of Latuvi community. During your visit, you will have lunch with local members of the community.
After lunch, you will have the chance to participate in a workshop where you will learn to make the traditional “Serrano" bread.
Tonight, enjoy this delicious bread with a traditional dinner, and later, settle into your comfortable cabaña for a good night's sleep.

Day 6: Enjoy Homemade Jam and Listen to Local Legends
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will trek to a magnificent spring. The route you will follow has a very special meaning for the inhabitants of Latuvi, who will show you how they farm these graceful lands and cultivate fruit here -- their most important source of income. You will learn about how this community uses its natural resources to produce jam and homemade “ates” made from the fruits harvested in the community. You will even have the opportunity to take part in a jam-making workshop as well as enjoy lunch with the locals.
Tonight, a lively dinner awaits, followed by festivities around a bonfire. Enjoy the delicious homemade jam with bread as you listen to the oral histories of the local people.

Oaxaca Airport - Huatulco - Mazunte
Day 7: Catch a Flight to the Pacific Coast
Enjoy a delicious breakfast then set off on a hike around the community of Pueblos Mancomunados. See the sights, then take a transfer to the Oaxaca International Airport to catch a flight to Huatulco on the Pacific Coast.
Upon arrival, a private transfer will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Mazunte.

Day 8: Hike Along Magnificent Coastal Trails
After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, you can enjoy a day at your leisure. Start with a coastal trek and take in panoramic views of Mexico's spectacular southern coastline. Follow the trails to the natural reserves of Punta Cometa or Ventanilla and be rewarded by an amazing vista. You may even be surprised by a huge pelican flock flying right over your head.

Day 9: Go Whale Watching
Another free day awaits, to do exactly as you wish. Today, you might like to go whale watching in Punta Cometa. Here, you will have the chance to catch sight of these magnificent sea creatures while lying on the beach or head out on a whale-watching boat tour and get the opportunity to come closer to them, always in a secure way and without disturbing them.

Mazunte - Huatulco Airport
Day 10: Goodbye, Mexico!
This morning after breakfast, you will take a private transfer to the airport in Huatulco to catch your onward flight. Say good-bye to this Mexican paradise and have a safe and pleasant flight home!
