Detailed Itinerary

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - Sweet Waters Tented Camp
Day 1: From Nairobi To Sweetwaters Game Reserve
Leave Nairobi in the morning and head past the slopes of Mount Kenya, crossing the Equator to arrive at Sweetwaters Game Reserve for lunch.
It's the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa.
In your afternoon game drive, you will have the chance to spot the 'Big 5': rhinos, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and lions - plus the rare Jackson’s hartebeest.
You can also see other species at the reserve, including Thompson gazelle, impala, waterbuck, oryx, eland, aardvarks, baboons, gravy zebra, giraffe, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, African wild dogs, and bat-eared foxes.
You'll be spending the night at a tented camp in Sweetwater, where you will also enjoy dinner.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Nakuru Lodge
Day 2: Spot Flamingos And Other Wildlife At Nakuru National Park
Start the day with a short game drive and then travel to Nakuru National Park, right at the heart of the Rift Valley.
Arrive for lunch and then a game drive in the afternoon.
Lake Nakuru is home to over 400 species of birds, so make the most of the chance to see beautiful marabou storks, hammerkops, fish eagles, pelicans, and flamingos.
The lake is also a haven for endangered species, particularly the Rothschild's giraffe and the black and white rhino.
As well as the game, enjoy the spectacular views on offer, such as from Baboon cliff, Lion hill, and the 'Out of Africa' viewpoint, as many scenes from the movie Out of Africa were filmed in the park.
Also, don't miss seeing the Makalia waterfalls at the southern end of the park. You can also see unique vegetation, including the largest euphorbia forest in Africa and the famous yellow acacia woodlands.
Stay at the Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4: Discover The Masai Mara National Reserve
Discover as you explore the Masai Mara National Reserve why it deserves its reputation as the most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya.
The easily-spotted game here includes Thompson's and Grant's gazelle, eland, impala, antelopes, Masai giraffe, elephants, buffalo, and warthogs. Try to spot the big cats: leopard, cheetah, and lion.
Can you imagine seeing the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields?
This unforgettable spectacle can be seen from late June, while the dramatic crossing of the river and the hunting of the migrating animals by predators can be viewed from early July to August.
