Tallinn
Day 1: Welcome to Estonia!
Welcome to Tallinn! The capital of one of the most charming countries in the world. Once you arrive and check into your relaxing hotel, we recommend that you get out and get a feel of this unique city.
Enjoy a walk through the cobblestone streets and narrow winding alleys, and admire the city from one of the viewing platforms. In the evening, head out for dinner in one of the many delicious restaurants in the city.

Day 2: Tour of charming Tallinn Old Town
You are about to be charmed by the beauty of the Tallinn Old Town. On the wonderful tour you will take today, you will cover all the most important sights of this medieval city from the charming, bustling main streets to quirky, less-known side alleys. Discover beautiful old churches, unique merchant houses, the historic town hall and imposing city defences. Walking Tallinn's Old Town streets during a snowy winter will be one of the most magical experiences of your lifetime.
After your tour, try out the ice rink right in the centre of Tallinn's Old Town. Cozy lighting, entertaining music and a warm café all await you in this ice rink located right next to the beautiful St Nicholas’ Church. Alternatively, if you want to try cross-country skiing, ice skating in a forest lake outside Tallinn or visiting a frozen waterfall, let us know. All these activities can be arranged as additional tours.

Day 3: Beautiful snow-shoe bog hike
There's nothing like a a beautiful snowy forest hike! Leave the city hustle and bustle behind and get active during a snow-shoe hike in a beautiful snow-laden bog. The bogs are places very dear to all Estonians and have been part of our culture for centuries. Therefore you shouldn’t leave Estonia without visiting a bog! The snow-shoe hiking tour takes you to places that would otherwise be inaccessible and will be such a fun experience that everyone can participate. We will hike around the bog pools, admire the wildlife, climb the watch-tower and listen to mysterious stories and legends our tour guides tell about the bogs.

Tallinn - Helsinki
Day 4: Ferry to Helsinki - Finnish culture tour
It’s time to say goodbye to Estonia as you take a delightful ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki. A driver will take you to and and from the ports in Tallinn and Helsinki, so all you have to do is enjoy the ferry ride.
After you have checked into your hotel and had some lunch, you will take a fascinating city tour of Helsinki centre. The tour includes everything there is to know about Finnish culture and history, with a special focus on the life of locals. Helsinki is a compact city and best approached on foot. A walking tour is also by far the most sustainable and environmentally friendly way of sightseeing. You're going to fall in love with Helsinki!

Helsinki - Rovaniemi
Day 5: Countryside train ride and Northern Lights tour
Get ready for a train ride through the beautiful countryside.The journey from Helsinki to Rovaniemi takes just over 8 hours, so if you’d like to spend more time in Helsinki during the day, it’s also possible to take an overnight train.
After your driver drops you off at your hotel and you check in, it's time to see something that can only be seen in this part of the world... Many people travel to Finland to see the Northern Lights and in the evening, it’s time for the best Rovaniemi Northern Lights small-group photography tour. Please remember that the Northern Lights are unpredictable but this tour will give you the best possible chance of seeing them. Your professional guide will determine where the best chance of aurora sightings is. So sit back and enjoy this amazing trip and with luck, you'll capture one of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world!

Day 6: Reindeer, huskies and Santa Claus
Today you will tour a small reindeer farm and meet a traditional herding family. Discover more about everyday life on the farm, feed the deer and enjoy a short sleigh safari. Warm up by an open fire with home-made soup and pancakes.
Next, move onto a husky park where you can meet a pack of these beautiful dogs. They are born to run, and will happily take you on a sleigh through the snowfields - just sit back and take in the scenery. Like the reindeer farm, this is an authentic small-scale operation and you won't be surrounded by hordes of tourists!
Finally, one of the highlights of Rovaniemi is visiting Santa Claus in his village...* Particularly if you are travelling with children! Meet Santa, visit his post office where you can send letters to friends and family, and receive a certificate of crossing the arctic circle.

Day 7: Fun-filled frozen waterfall and sledding trip
Today, you'll visit the beautiful Korouoma Canyon on a small group tour and get to the best spots to admire the frozen waterfalls. The protected reserve offers beautiful nature, picturesque snowy landscapes and fun! Sometimes the best way of descending is by sledding down the little slopes created by the path. This is your chance to try it out and have an adventure. Your guide will also tell you about arctic nature, teach you some survival tips and offer you all their passion for Lapland. They will prepare an open fire and you'll enjoy a delicious Finnish barbecue lunch.

Day 8: Farewell to winter wonderland
It's time to say goodbye to your Nordic winter adventure. Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for your departing flight. Wishing you a safe flight!
