Day 1: Top Santiago Attractions
Welcome to Santiago–the vibrant capital city of Chile surrounded by the Andes Mountains. After checking in at your hotel, it’s time to explore some of the top Santiago attractions. Take a look at the Hidalgo castle while admiring the nice city views from Santa Lucia hill. Other highlights include the Constitution Square and the impressive 'La Moneda’–the seat of the government. You will also visit the main square - Plaza de Armas – that has several buildings of historical interest such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Royal Court Palace and the Central Post Office. From here, proceed to the San Cristobal Hill, a serene area in the midst of the bustling city. You can see amazing panoramic views and other delightful attractions here.
Did you know that Santiago is famous for its seafood? You will realize this when you stop at the Central Market that has a vast variety of seafood.

Santiago De Chile - Valparaiso
Day 2: Visit Valparaiso–UNESCO World Heritage Site
Today, you will journey to the lovely region of Valparaiso, located close to Santiago. Before you reach the main city, you will visit Casablanca Valley. Here, you will learn all about the winemaking process of two white wines - Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Savor the delicious wines too!
Then, proceed to the port city of Valparaiso where the historical quarter is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will discover the charming attractions of Valparaiso, and soak in the ambience of its vibrant neighborhoods that have incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. Santiago De Chile - Punta Arenas - Torres del Paine
Day 3: Journey to Torres del Paine National Park
Proceed to the airport from where you will catch a flight to your next destination. Chile has several marvelous places and one of them is the Torres del Paine National Park. Exploring the park with its mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, vivid flora and glaciers is next on your itinerary. First, you will check in at your wonderful accommodation. Here, you will be informed of the various interesting activities at the National Park.

Torres del Paine
Day 4: Majestic Mountains at Torres del Paine
Choose any of the offered activities and get set to explore the stunning terrain of Torres del Paine. One suggested activity is the Mirador Cuernos hike where you can see the incredible beauty of the landscape. A picturesque drive that passes through the Sarmiento and Nordenskjöld viewpoints will take you to the starting point of the hike. It is a fairly easy hike of around two and a half hours as the ground is mostly flat except for one steep section.
As you walk along, you can see the magnificent “cuernos” or ‘horns of Paine’ in front of you. Also, see the Salto Grande waterfall and walk along the shore of Lake Nordenskjöld. You will arrive at a viewpoint from where you can admire the geological formations of the majestic massif (mountains). Feel the wind on your face! Return along the same path with the ‘horns’ behind you.

Torres del Paine
Day 5: Ancient Cave Paintings at Torres del Paine
Today, you can choose another activity to discover more fascinating facets of the Torres del Paine. Our suggestion is the Hunter’s Trail. This activity begins with a 30-minute drive to Porteria Lago Sarmiento. From here, you start trekking northwards in the presence of the Paine mountain range. En route, you will stop at a rocky area to see ancient cave paintings from a few thousand years ago. These paintings were created by the Native Indian Aonikenk people who lived here back then.
This area is also known for its wildlife that includes guanacos, foxes and condors. Your trek of around two to three hours will come to an end near Portería Laguna Amarga. It’s time to head back to the hotel in your vehicle.

Punta Arenas - Calama - San Pedro De Atacama
Day 6: Travel to Atacama Desert
From Torres del Paine, you will proceed to Punta Arenas to board a flight to Calama. At Calama airport, you will journey to your hotel in Atacama based in the town of San Pedro de Atacama. This small town is interesting with its adobe homes and rustic restaurants. From here, you will begin your discovery of the spectacular landscape of the Atacama Desert.

San Pedro De Atacama
Day 7: Discover the Incredible Atacama Desert
Did you know that the Atacama is the driest desert in the world? Its landscape is out of the world and parts of it have often been compared to the planet Mars. You can choose from over 40 guided activities in groups of maximum eight people to explore the Atacama. Depending on your preference, you can choose activities of different difficulty levels – from easy to expert. There are half and full day tours.
Our recommendations - The Puritama hot springs, Guatín-Puritama (half day hike), Quebrada de Nacimiento (full day hike), Cerro Toco (half day high mountain hike), Quebrada del Diablo (half day horseback ride) and Piedra de la Coca (half day bike ride). In case you choose a half day tour, you can have lunch at the lodge, explore the self-guided interpretation trails or simply enjoy the facilities (swimming pool, sauna, etc.) at your lodge.

San Pedro De Atacama
Day 8: Explore Atacama
The Atacama has a highly interesting terrain that has so many captivating aspects. You have the day at leisure, so you can choose one of the guided activities to continue your discovery of the desert.
