II. Rights, Ownership and License

2. You or the owner of the content still own the copyright in the submitted content. However, by submitting content to TravelLocal, you grant us an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, publish and/or transmit your content in any format and on any platform now known or hereafter invented. The right to use your content is limited to what is useful and necessary to provide the TravelLocal service and to promote travel with local experts.
3. We reserve the right to cut, trim, edit or refuse to publish your content at our sole discretion. We may also remove your content from use at any time.

III. User Conduct
1. TravelLocal shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from this website or from any interruption or delay in accessing this website.
2. TravelLocal accepts no liability in respect of any content submitted by users and published by us. You agree not to post content that infringes any intellectual or proprietary right or that encourages criminal conduct or civil liability. You also agree to indemnify TravelLocal against any claims arising from the infringement of third party rights in connection with the content submitted.
3. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Website may involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to the Content to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. VI. Final Provisions
1. These terms and conditions and any legal relationship between TravelLocal and you arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
2. If You are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes, including international disputes, arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship shall be the place of business of TravelLocal; however, we shall be entitled to sue the Customer in the court of its place of residence. The same applies if the customer does not have a place of jurisdiction in his or her home country, has moved his or her residence abroad, or his or her residence or domicile is unknown at the time the action is brought.
3. Should one or more of these conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. In the event that one or more of the provisions is or becomes invalid, the parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the legal and economic purpose of the invalid provision.
