Tag 1: Welcome to Southern Italy!
Upon arrival in Rome, the welcoming smile of your personal assistant will greet you at the gate before helping you with border control as well as your luggage.
A private Mercedes transfer will be waiting outside to transfer you to the pier in Naples to get the ferry to island paradise, Ischia.
Ischia is famed for its striking Aragonese castle, its thermal stars, the serenity of its Mediterranean coastal coves and troves of seafood waiting to be feasted upon. It's an authentic, more local, and quieter setting compared to neighboring Capri.
In the evening, you can head back to your hotel where you can relax and unwind.

Tag 2: Enjoy the Serenity of Ischia
Today, you have the opportunity to spend the day at your own pace and leisure.
Explore Ischia and everything it has to offer. Whether you are sunbathing under the Mediterranean sun or are enticed to jump into the crystal clear, turquoise waters, know that any decision made is the right one.
Dotted around the island are a number of villages, each with their own distinct charm and character. Forio and Lacco Ameno have the most picturesque spas and gardens while Ischia Porto has the best bars and restaurant serving the finest of local foods.
Explore the middle of the island that is otherworldly with forests and vineyards begging to be discovered.

Tag 3: Explore the Majestic Matera
This morning, you will be taken to the Ischia port to head back to the mainland.
On the way you will to Fasano, you will stop in Matera where you will meet your personal guide to enjoy a guided tour of the city. You will visit the old town with its most characteristic districts, the “Sassi"cave dwellings, carved into the limestone rock. It'll feel as if you've been transported back to a time long gone.
In the afternoon you will reach your hotel in Fasano where you’re able to recuperate for the day ahead.

Alberobello - Locorotondo - Fasano
Tag 4: Visit Locorotondo - Italy's Most Beautiful Town
This morning, you will visit Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will get to see a concentration of over 1,000 Trulli houses, beehive-shaped houses made of limestone.
In the afternoon, you will reach Locorotondo and begin your walk today at the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele then head to the Palazzo Morelli, a wonderful example of Baroque architecture. Rated as one of Italy’s most beautiful towns, the smooth ivory-colored stones of the street shimmer as you walk between sites.
We’ll head back to Fasano for the night where you can bask in the serenity of the Puglia region.

Tag 5: Experience the Culture of Food
This morning, it's time to explore the gastronomic delights of the region.
You will be taken to a cooking school where a chef will teach you the traditional and storied methods unique to the region. Not only will you be able to make orecchiette pugliese, but you’ll be able to taste it too!
You will then visit a vineyard where an expert will explain all secrets about the locally made, globally famed wine before enjoying an olive oil tasting, another typical local product of Apulia.

Tag 6: Dive Into the Opulence of Ostuni
This morning, you will venture to Ostuni where you will meet your personal guide to enjoy a guided visit of the town.
Ostuni shines with a pearl-white opulence across the Italian hillside. Here you will see the historical city center with Duomo and its main attractions. Take the chance to try some of the cuisines in the mouth-watering restaurants and stylish bars before moving toward the coast in Bari in the morning.

Polignano A Mare - Bari - Bari
Tag 7: Farewell to Southern Italy!
Before heading to Bari airport in the afternoon, your driver will take you to Polignano a Mare for a stroll through the coastal town.
While you are in the area, which is famed for the serenity and picture-perfect coasts it harbors, do as the locals do and dive head first into the welcoming waters.
