Tag 1: Welcome to Ecuador
Welcome to the stunning country of Ecuador! Upon your arrival at José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, you will be warmly greeted by a private guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Guayaquil.
Tonight, you'll stay at the four-star Grand Hotel Guayaquil, conveniently located next to the city's magnificent cathedral. Spend your day exploring the vibrant neighborhood, taking in the serene and awe-inspiring atmosphere of the cathedral, or unwinding at the hotel's beautiful pool, complete with a tropical climbing garden.

Guayaquil - Baltra - Puerto Ayora
Tag 2: Journey to the Galapagos
This morning, you will fly from mainland Ecuador to Baltra, one of the ten main islands of the Galápagos archipelago. Your guide will greet you at the airport and accompany you on a brief 10-minute ride to your cruise boat, the Coral II. This first-class motor yacht boasts a stylish, modern design and 11 comfortable cabins.
After settling in onboard, you'll head to a tortoise reserve. As you explore the stunning forests of the Galápagos, keep an eye out for the magnificent Giant Tortoises. This region is also a bird watcher's paradise, offering numerous opportunities to spot a variety of avian species.

Puerto Ayora - Isabela - Fernandina
Tag 3: A day searching for wildlife
Your adventure in one of the world's greatest ecosystems continues today as you journey to Isabela and Fernandina Islands. A dinghy ride along the coast provides an exceptional opportunity to witness the diverse wildlife that thrives here. You'll likely spot brown pelicans, blue-footed boobies, and Galápagos penguins, and it's not uncommon to see dolphins, whales, and sea lions.
For those interested in deep-water snorkeling, the underwater world here is a paradise teeming with sea life. You'll have the chance to see frogfish, seahorses, octopuses, sunfish, and the unique red-lipped batfish, all drawn to these waters by the abundant plankton supply.

Fernandina - Isabela
Tag 4: Snorkel off a black volcanic beach
Today, you'll explore the black volcanic beaches and stunning coral reefs of Isabela Island. The volcanic activity that shaped the Galápagos Islands has created dramatic coastlines and underwater reefs teeming with diverse marine life.
Upon arrival, take a short walk through this magnificent natural setting before donning your mask and snorkel to immerse yourself in a paradise of rare marine species.
Later, venture to Tagus Cove on the west side of Isabela Island. Here, you'll find inscriptions left by sailors who etched the names of their boats into the coastal rocks. As you approach the island's dramatic cliffs, keep an eye out for penguins, pelicans, cormorants, and blue-footed boobies. At the end of a two-kilometer hike through lava fields lies Darwin Lake, a serene spot that offers a glimpse into the island's volcanic past.

Isabela - Santiago
Tag 5: Explore extraordinary volcanic terrain
Today's adventure takes you to Santiago Island, where you'll follow in Charles Darwin's footsteps along otherworldly trails from Egas Port. The path winds along the shoreline and through volcanic terrain, showcasing striking geological diversity. Black sands transition to basalt rock and volcanic tuff, creating an intriguing layered landscape. Look out for the yellow-crowned night heron and marine iguanas that inhabit this area.
In the afternoon, explore the southeastern part of the island, where pa-hoe-hoe lava flows formed in the late 19th century. Orange-hued tuff cones rise from the lava flows, and mollugo plants emerge from the fissures. This unique and fascinating landscape is unlike anywhere else on Earth.

Santiago - Santa Cruz - Guayaquil
Tag 6: Your last day in paradise
On your last day in the Galápagos, there's still much to see before heading to the airport. Begin your morning with a visit to a pair of flamingo ponds where iguanas bask in the sunshine. Among the red and black mangroves, you may spot Darwin finches and mockingbirds. The beautiful beaches here are prime nesting sites for turtles.
During World War II, the United States Navy had a base on Santa Cruz Island, and today divers can explore the sunken barges on the ocean floor.
After this final day in paradise, you'll be escorted to the airport for your flight back to Guayaquil. We hope you've had an unforgettable holiday in the Galápagos Islands.
