In the afternoon, your guide will pick you up for a very special and unique experience exploring Teide National Park, home of the highest peak in Spain. Tag 4: The vineyards of northern Tenerife
This morning, your driver will pick you up for a full-day tour of the northern region of Tenerife, to discover the history and essence of the island. Get ready to walk around quaint towns, exploring palaces, churches, cobbled streets, and a great food scene as you go.
Start in Icod de los Vinos before heading to San Cristobal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the colonial architecture that lines its old town, then end your tour with a delicious food and wine experience at a family-run winery, where you'll visit the cellars before learning to make traditional mojo picón. Tag 6: Hiking across the Chinyero Natural Reserve
This morning, your guide will pick you up for a private four- to five-hour hiking experience, taking you down about 7.5km of trails in the Natural Reserve of El Chinyero - the youngest volcano in Tenerife. Located in the southwest of Tenerife, this is a reserve of great geological value. On the trail you'll pass between the mighty peaks of El Chinyero and Arenas Negras, where you will step on the lava of the last active volcano in Tenerife. You'll soon be amazed by the colors of the landscapes, the autochthonous vegetation, and the lookouts offering panoramic views of El Teide and Pico Viejo (weather permitting).
