Palermo
Tag 1: Welcome to Palermo!
After your arrival at Palermo Airport, your driver will wait for you to take you to your hotel in Palermo.
In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day guided walking tour of Palermo, one of the world’s most splendid cities with its unique and charming African, Arabic and Italian blends of architecture.
Start your visit from the old part of the city with the Piazza Bellini and Piazza della Vittoria and the Cathedral.
A welcome dinner will be served in a selected Michelin restaurant (not included).

Palermo - Monreale
Tag 2: Enjoy the Stunning Views from Monreale
Today, wake up early, have a real Italian breakfast and then discover Palermo’s biggest market: Ballarò.
Here you can see a vast variety of fresh Italian produce and meet a lot of people busy with the morning food shopping.
Then your driver will take you to Monreale. Take a guided tour of Monreale, famous for its beautiful position overlooking the city of Palermo.
Inside its cathedral, admire the amazing mosaics representing stories from the Old and New Testament, made by Byzantine artists.
After the visit, relax and taste the best granita siciliana (Sicilian sorbet) in the bar in front of the Cathedral.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure. As optional tours, we recommend that you visit the Teatro Massimo, or a pastry laboratory, or the Isola delle Femine.

Palermo - Cefalù
Tag 3: Visit Lovely Cefalu
Today your diver will pick you up for a visit of Cefalù with a professional guide.
Enjoy a great fresh fish lunch in a restaurant on the sea side (not included).
Cefalù is a lovely medieval town with its famous Arabian-Norman cathedral, one of the most beautiful churches in Sicily.
Enjoy the beach and head back to Palermo in the late afternoon.

Segesta - Erice - Trapani
Tag 4: Drive to Trapani
Today, your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to drive you to Trapani.
On the way you will stop in Segesta, where you will see the beauties of the 5th-century Doric Temples.
Continue to Erice, a medieval town built on the top of a hill with magnificent views over the surrounding area.
In the late afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel in Trapani.

Trapani - Marsala - Agrigento
Tag 5: Visit a Winery and Taste Authentic Marsala Wine
Today you will meet your personal driver at the hotel lobby to head to Agrigento.
Travel along the “Via del Sale” (salt way) towards Marsala, stopping to admire the windmills and learn about salt production.
On the way you will stop in Marsala, where you will visit a winery and cellars to learn more about the production of Marsala wine. Enjoy a wine tasting!
Then, visit a Marco de Bartoli and Florio winery. Take a guided tour and taste this famous local wine.
In the afternoon, meet your guide at the hotel lobby to enjoy a walking tour to the Valley of the Temples which is certainly one of the most outstanding sites of the ancient world and one of the highlights of the tour.
You will explore the Temple of Juno built around 450 BC, the Temple of Concord built in archaic Doric style in 520 BC, and the Temple of Zeus.
Arrive to your hotel in Agrigento.

Agrigento - Caltagirone - Syracuse
Tag 6: Visit a Caltagirone Ceramic Workshop
Today, head to Caltagirone, the most important pottery village in Sicily.
Visit a great artisan ceramic workshop, where you will learn more about this beautiful local tradition.
On the way you will stop in Piazza Armerina, well known for its 63 room-villa built in Roman times with splendid mosaics. This is the best well preserved roman villa in Sicily.
Reach Syracuse in the late afternoon and stay there for the night.

Tag 7: Go for a Walking Tour of Syracuse
Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and go for a half-day guided walking tour of Syracuse, one of the great ancient capitals of Western civilization, founded in 733 BC and once a powerful Greek port with a fleet that was feared throughout the Mediterranean.
The birthplace of Archimedes, Syracuse attracted one of the several Baroque Hill towns that are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites and located at the foot of the Iblean Mountains.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure.
You can visit Ragusa and admire it's wonderful churches, or head to Noto, one of the fabulous Baroque hill towns, or visit a chocolate factory in Modica.

Tag 8: Visit Dreamy Ragusa
Today your personal driver and guide will pick you up to visit Ragusa, where you will admire the main churches like the Dom of St. Jorge and Iblei Gardens.
Enjoy a walk along the promenade of Andrea Doria e Bisani.
On the way, you will stop in Modica to visit a chocolate factory and taste the great chocolate they produce.
Your personal driver will transfer you to your hotel in Ragusa.

Syracuse - Etna Vulcano - Taormina
Tag 9: Head to Elegant Taormina at the Foot of Mount Etna
In the morning, your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to take you to Taormina.
Taormina is an elegant town situated at the foot of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe.
Weather permitting, you will reach a height of 1800m, where you will enjoy a fantastic panorama of the Ionic Sea.
On Mount Etna you will stop in a traditional agriturismo to taste local wine and food.
Stay in Taormina overnight.

Tag 10: Take a Sicilian Cooking Class
Your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to participate in a cooking class to learn how to prepare Sicilian dishes.
In a pasta making class, they will show you how to prepare handmade pasta. Lunch is included.
In the afternoon, meet your personal guide at the hotel lobby and go for a walking tour around Taormina.
From the Greek theatre, you will be able to see a blend of architectural influences of old Greek, Roman and Etna. Look out over the magnificent Bay of Naxos and Mt Etna.
Don’t miss the walk along the main street of Corso Umberto, an excellent place to visit interesting boutiques.
