Salvador Historic City Tour (4h)
Excursion: In this historic tour, we invite you to meet some of the most famous postcards of Brazil.
We will start with a visit to the Barra’s Lighthouse, where you can enjoy all the beauty and magnificence of the place and take some pictures. Continuing our tour, we will pass by the Corredor da Vitória and Campo Grande which both serve as walkways for the famous Trios Elétricos during the carnival. Arriving at the Historical Center, we'll walk around the narrow streets, slopes and past many old houses, making you feel as though you've stepped back in time. Squares, churches, museums and art galleries give a special charm to the Pelourinho. Highlights include: Terreiro de Jesus, St. Francisco Church, Museum da Misericórdia, Jorge Amado’s House and Olodum’s house, among other must-see attractions.

Excursion: Enjoy a free day in Salvador, the first capital of Brazil and one of the oldest colonial cities of the Americas. This vibrant city thrives with Afro-Brazilian culture, elegant architecture and a buzzing coastline.

Full day in Praia do Forte
Excursion: One of the most popular destinations of the north shore, Praia do Forte has 14 km of beautiful beaches with clear waters, reefs, natural swimming pools and many colourful fish. It also has environmental reserves and the ruins of the Castelo Garcia d’Avila, the first Portuguese fortification in Brazilian territory.
We'll visit the Tamar Project, a Sea Turtles conservation project (you get to pet sharks!) Later, we'll stop at Praia de Guarajuba for a dip in the water, before heading back to Salvador.

Ribeirão do Meio Waterfall in Chapada Diamantina
Excursion: From Lençóis, we'll walk to Ribeirão do Meio. This waterfall forms a natural waterslide, where we can slide down from the top of the rocks to the pool. To reach the waterfall, you only have to take a short walk.
Tour lasts between 3-4 hours, and includes guide, short hike, and transfers.

Blue Cave, Lapa Doce Cave and Pai Inácio Hill (Full Day)
Excursion: After leaving Lençóis in the morning, our first two stops will be at the watterfall of Mucugezinho River and at Poço do Diabo. After lunch, we'll visit the beautiful Blue Cave and Rio da Pratinha, where you can swim in crystal clear water, before heading to one more cave, the Lapa Doce. By the end of the day, we'll enjoy the sunset from the Pai Inácio Hill, with an amazing 360º panoramic view.
Pick up at 8:30 a.m. This tour is mostly by car, with short hikes to three places on the northern edge of the National Park. First you will visit an enormous limestone cave surrounded by giant rock formations, stalactites and columns known as Lapa Doce, the second largest cave in Brazil. Afterwards, you’ll visit the Pratinha Farm to enjoy a beautiful view of the blue colour of the water, before a visit to the impressive Blue Cave. In the afternoon, you will hike to the top of the Morro do Pai Inácio Mountain (20 minutes), for a famous postcard-view of the Chapada Diamantina. At the top of this sandstone table-mountain you’ll have an impressive 360° view of the peaks and valleys of the Chapada Diamantina, and the National Park itself, and be able to watch the sunset before returning to Lençóis.
Car: 150km total, including 22km (reasonable dirt road conditions) + 128 (good highway conditions).
The longest car ride between stops: 50 minutes
Hiking: Total of 4km with easy trails and short walks uphill.
Cave: 1km long (but 15m high)
Swimming: In the Pratinha River

Morrão and Águas Claras Hiking and Waterfall Tour in Chapada Diamantina
Excursion: A day hike inside the National Park, followed by 14km, on flat lands, giving you beautiful views of Pai Inácio mountain and the Three Brothers valley which includes the Mucugezinho, Sobradinho and Morrão mountains.
Along the way, stop at Águas Claras swimming pool to enjoy the river and relax, and finish the hike at Vale do Capão before driving back to Lençóis.
Car: 110km total; including about 30 min in the beginning of the day and 1 hour 30 minute drive back
Hiking: 14km total, mostly amongst rolling plains over the sun (will require wearing long pants/long-sleeved shirts with UV protection).
Swimming: At Águas Claras.
