Tag 1: The Romantic Charm Of Chile!
Welcome to Santiago!
In Chile’s capital, you’ll take a tour to see all the neighborhoods that make this city a prime destination. The romantic charm of Plaza de Armas, San Francisco Church, The Bellavista and Cerro San Cristobal will have you in awe! You won’t regret this experience.

Tag 2: Explore The Valleys of the Atacama Desert
You’ll start your morning with a transfer to the airport to take your flight to the next destination, San Pedro de Atacama, a small oasis in the middle of the driest desert on Earth.
Next, in the middle of the afternoon, you’ll leave San Pedro and drive to the Salt Cordillera and the Moon Valley. There, you can take a walk in a magnificent landscape made of sand dunes and sculpted calcareous mountains, enjoy the sunset while having a drink before going back to San Pedro.

Tag 3: The Fascinating Villages Around San Pedro
In the morning, you’ll depart from your hotel for a day fully dedicated to the discovery of the Atacama Salt Flat and its surroundings. The village of Socaire, the Quebrada de Jérez, the Chaxa, Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons and their volcanoes are a must-see on this visit! You will also get the chance to explore the Piedras Rojas area and the Tuyacto Laguna. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy lunch at a restaurant in Socaire.
After lunch, you’ll return to San Pedro while passing by the village of Toconao. You’ll get to visit its church, central place, and the craft market. After an exciting day, you’ll spend the night at the Takha Takha Hotel for a much needed rest.

Tag 4: The San Pedro Observatory
In the morning, you will depart from your hotel and head to Tatio. You’ll arrive at the perfect time to admire the sunrise, the geysers roaring in the cold air of the Altiplano and observe the numerous volcanic formations.
After a few hours, you’ll return to San Pedro via the Machuca Valley. At nightfall, you will join an astronomer at the San Pedro observatory for a tour of the southern sky. Enjoy a hot beverage while you explore the night sky through a number of different telescopes. Afterwards, you’ll head back to San Pedro.

Tag 5: The Flamingos Of Laguna Colorada
In the morning you will head to Hito Cajón. Today you’ll ride around in our private jeep across spectacular landscapes. Late in the morning, you will reach the lagunas Blanca and Verde, at the foot of volcanoes Juriques and Licancabur. Riding along the laguna Salada, you will reach the Polques thermal springs. You will then jump back into the jeeps to reach the geysers Sol de Mañana, a volcanic crater with sulphur springs and boiling mud. The last stop of the day is the laguna Colorada. This immense lake of pinkish water owes its name to the presence of light sensitive phytoplankton in the water, which also attracts thousands of flamingos during part of the year.

Tag 6: The Many Faces Of Sur Lipez
In the morning you will be enjoying the landscapes of the Sur Lipez area, then head north to the Siloli Desert and its famous “Stone Tree”. You will then ride along the Chilean border on the scenic “Route of the Jewels”, then see lagunas along its way such as Honda, Ch’arkota, Hedionda, Cañapa. You will stop at the view point of the volcano Ollagüe. This volcano is still active and shelters one of the world’s highest open pit copper mines. You will then cross the small Salar de Chiguana located at the foot of volcano Tomasamil, before reaching the village of San Juan, where you will spend the night. This small village is famous for its surprising mummies of the “Lipez Lords” and its interesting small museum.

Tag 7: The Deserts And Volcanoes Of Salar
In the morning you will leave the Sur Lipez. You will drive across the world’s largest salt flat! After a two hour ride, you will reach the famous Salar de Uyuni. You will then ride half an hour on the salt desert to reach the Island of Incahuasi. This surprising island offers an incredible view over the Salar and the several volcanos that surround it. It is covered with stromatolites and giant cacti. In the afternoon, you will continue to the white desert arriving in the city of Uyuni. Just before leaving the Salar, you will stop in the village of Colchani to visit its salt exploitation and salt hotel. You will then end the night at the Tambo Aymara hotel.

Tag 8: Potosi, the Imperial City
Say goodbye to Uyuni in the morning, it's time to head to your next destination: Potosí. Once home to the largest silver mine in the world, this colonial city had its most glorious days in the 16th and 17th century. It is recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for its abundance of historical colonial buildings. Take a guided tour around the city and discover places such as the Casa de la Moneda, where coins for the Spanish crown used to be minted until the 19th century. You spend the night in Potosí. Choose to relax at your comfy hotel, or how about an evening stroll around town?

Tag 9: The Mines of Cerro Rico
If yesterday's colonial charm made you wonder where all the riches used to come from, today is for you. In the morning, you visit the mines of Cerro Rico, the "Rich Hill". The mines are still active today and you get the chance to see the miners at work and get a first-hand impression of how silver is mined.
After this impressive sight, you will move on towards the charming town of Sucre. As you leave the Altiplano landscape behind and descend into the Chuquisaca Valley, you cross the Pilcomayo River on the Sucre Bridge, a medieval-looking structure worthy of a photo.

Tag 10: Let's Tour The White City
In the morning you will spend the day in the beautiful “white city” of Sucre. Listed as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO, the constitutional capital of Bolivia is famous for its flair of quietness, its beautiful colonial architecture, and its numerous churches. Your guide will show you the most famous buildings and museums of the city. You will start with the Convento de la Recoleta, the monastery of the Franciscan order build in 1601. You will then learn more about the culture of the region and the country in the Museum of Indigenous Art and about the Bolivian history in The Casa de la Libertad. You will end the day visiting the Monastery of San Felipe Nery, while enjoying a beautiful view over the city from its terrace.

Tag 11: The Best Parts Of The Capital
In the morning your private driver will pick you up for a full-day tour around the best points of view over the city and into the Moon Valley. From the K’Illi K’Illi mirador and the Laykakota Park, you will enjoy a panoramic view over the capital. The Montículo, in the bohemian Sopocachi, is the classical meeting point of lovers and newlyweds for romantic pictures. You will then drive to the south, cross the rich "Zona Sur" and get out of the city to enter the Moon Valley. Here you can enjoy the quietness and walk among the lunar rock formations for an hour. In the afternoon you will go back to the historical center and wander along its colorful markets.

Tag 12: Views of Lake Titicaca and Fuente del Inca
Today, you will travel to Lake Titicaca and the Cordillera Real Copacabana. At the lake you will have the opportunity to take a boat ride to the beautiful Fuente del Inca. From there you will go to the village of Yumani. Then board a boat to head to the Pureta del Sol hotel for the night.

Tag 13: A Tour Of Chincana And Yumani
In the morning you will start your trek from Yumani following the crest of the Island to the north where you will find the vestiges of the Inca ruins of Chincana. Your boat will take you back to Copacabana after lunch. Then you will return to La Paz. You will end the night at the Naira hotel.

Tag 14: Let's Go On A Bike Tour
In the morning you are in for a dose of thrill and excitement: get ready for a thrilling mountain bike descent! On the way down this winding road, the scenery becomes greener, the air more humid, the wind warmer. Welcome to the incredible intermediate region called the Yungas. A final ascent leads you to the village of Coroico, the paradise of the Yungas region. Lunch will be served at the village and you will have the option of a swim in the pool. Then return to La Paz at the end of the day.

Tag 15: Bye Bye Bolivia!
Even the most thrilling trips have to come to and end. A private driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the airport. We hope you will come back again soon. Until next time!
