The three countries of Indochina - Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia - combine beautifully into a wonderfully rich, diverse itinerary. Start with a gentle introduction to the region in Laos's charming, sleepy Luang Prabang, before taking in the highlights of Vietnam and finishing with the temples of Angkor, in Cambodia, one of the real highlights of SE Asia, if not the world.
